BIC: Ed walked up the steps of the Central Headquarters. He and Al had just came back from a false lead in Leor. The prophet Cornello didnt have the stone after all.

 

sam was chewing gum and bumped intn al "watch it al"she said getting up "so ed u get it and have u seen mustang he binmon my tail for awhile"sam said dusting her uniform

 

"Nope and Nope" Ed said answering both questions at once.

 

Roy was in his office, talking to Feuhrer Bradley over the phone.''Don't worry, sir. I'm sure Full Metal will be here any minute to give me a report on his findings in Leor. Yes-very well.''

He hung up the phone and waited patiently.

 

Ed looked at the large clock on the wall of Headquarters. "Im late! The colonel will be mad..." Ed said running to Mustang's office. Bursting through the door he said, "Sorry Im late, sir!"

 

Mustang calmy put his papers down and looked at Ed with his usual peaceful stare.''Ah, Edward. I see you came back on time. Very good. Hopefully, you'll always be this punctual.'', he said while putting his watch in his back pocket.

''So, tell me. Did you fid what you were searching for in Leor?'', he asked.

Mustang put on a more serious face when Sam ran in.''Ah, hello, Major Samantha. And yes, you are behind the clock. Need I remind you that you're still on probation and that it would be wise for a well-ranked officer of the military such as yourself to try and put a good impression on newer cadets by arriving on time?''

 

"Well It turns out that Cornello had a stone, he was tricking the people of Leor into thinking he was a messenger of God by using the Stone's alchemic power. But the stone Cornello had was a fake and it crumbled when I fought him." Ed said glumly.

 

Mustang turned his attention to Ed and nodded. ''So...the preacher was a conman, you say. Well, I suppose that I should commend you for stopping a potential threat...''

 

"Thanks." Ed said happily.

 

sam walked out and walked to her office and looked at some papers

 

''......But, I won't. Instead, all the money you earned will go to repairing all that you damaged in the village. Luckily for you, the damage sums up to exactly what you owe.''

 

"What! But... Fine.." Ed muttered.

 

Then he smiled a bit.''But since you worked so hard, I may as well put in a good word for you to the higher-ups.''

He turned his chair around to face the window.''That is all for now, Full Metal.''

OOC: How am I doing as Mustang, so far?
