First find a good time when your parents are not doing anything and seemed relaxed or so. Just ask if you can talk to them. Then explain.

well with my friends I feel like I'm a totally different person...They're quite mean to other people,eachother, and me and I never speak up...I feel like I cant even be myself around them because anything someone does they just completely criticise it...or talk about it when the person isn't there...any suggestions??:(

 

This advice is going to sound very harsh but it is true, you need to get yourself some new friends. If you cant be yourself around your friends then they are not friends, sure mates sometimes criticise each other but from the sound of it they are not worth it at all! I know youre probably thinking thats stupid advice, but its the best thing for you to do! *hugs*

I had that same problem...I just started hanging around people who like me for me...
hahahaaaa...Then the next day, my ex-friend got in a fight and lost because she was acting like she was something she is not....

 

then this isnt a group of friends, its a prison. i used to spend my time like you and i got fed up and left and now im doing a lot beter so you just need to find a group of people who understand you
