I'd like to give a huge thanks to C4E and his Resource pack. With the help of his PSD's, I made this. Not too sure how I got this from his, but it looks pretty cool. ^^

Okay, strictly speaking, this isn't Frodo. Give me a break. It's a good comparison.

 

Erase the left a little bit and that's total secks.

 

The effects that are on the stock itself kinda mess up his face...kinda like c4ds on renders. Erase those a bit and it's 9/10. Great lighting, colors and effects.

 

The color on his right of his face it over hes head so 6/10

 

Hmm,I dont know,choosing one more colour would probably save this sig,the lower left part is a bit too dark,which makes it look a part of the render.Also kinda plain.

I would erase some of the stuff over his face.
What you have on the left is very nice though.
