Ok now look, i'm fine with posts being deleted so long as they actually go against rules. But really..i feel like mods are on the lookout for me going "oh look Dr Wigglz posted i better go and look for a slight reason to ban him/delete his post"

Just recently i had a post deleted for "not enough information" in it. IT HAD MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL POST that started the thread. I'd be fine with it, though really shouldn't i be entitled to at least a request to edit it putting more information deleted? You'd think so, but no it was just deleted. So, KHV, my suggestion is this:

Can mods PLEASE give a warning to people before just deleting their posts? It really does seem a little unfair to just delete without warning. I'm expecting this thread to get deleted, but i'm suggesting that for my own and everyone else's sake, as i can pretty much guarantee you'll annoy alot of people with the way things are deleted without warning. Just please, take my suggestion into consideration..

We have Auto PM installed, telling you when a post has been deleted. I'm sure if you read the rules etc, it does warn you if your posts will get deleted if it don't relate to the topic/isn't lengthy enough etc. Shouldn't that be warning enough?

Depends. It doesn't really state how long the posts need to be does it? I mean i know i posted in a thread about favourite villains, i responded with a response stating who and why...and yeah straight away it was deleted. Personally i think it's just because the mods here all seem to target me, but ah i'll give people the benefit of the doubt because i can see why it was deleted, i'm just requesting a warning saying "please edit your post" or something like that to make it a little fairer.

Your warning is the rules. You can read the rules and the ones for each section and that should tell you everything you need to know. Don't feel like staff are just out to get you. They are just doing their job.

Also with AutoPM installed you can just look over what you did wrong and fix it.

I once had a rp ooc thread deleted for inactivity while the main rp thread was still being posted in. So yes, I would like some warning. But I do understand that mods may be too busy to do such. So maybe only those who are no violation of any rules? This may seem like it is not enough but better than nothing I suppose.

On a side note, I do not think you are being targeted. I do not know this for sure, but it is unlike our staff to do such.

I don't think you're really being targeted specifically. I think it's more that people who have their posts deleted more tend to post posts that aren't as...legit as others'. Trust me, I'm not exactly the staff's best friend, but I rarely, if ever, have my posts deleted. Though I was in the same boat as Fuuka, my OOC thread got deleted while the main RP was active. Personally, I think staff do need to loosen up a little on post deletion. But some posts just need to be deleted lol

And the rules do state how many words a post should have. Rewording other people's posts doesn't count as a legit post for you. Though in a thread about favorites, I don't know why yours would be deleted.

you're not the only one who's had a bunch of posts deleted. DPWolf has deleted a lot of mine, and as much as it annoys me, I'm sure there's a legit reason. It's not fun, but post count can be put back up so just make sure you don't post anything that might get them deleted

Bit hard to look over what i did wrong if the entire thing is deleted. And Boy Wonder it was deleted because it didn't have enough information in it..though i did answer the question exactly.

Just so you know you should edit that to put more words in it before it's deleted. I'm being nice by warning XD but yeah..moderators for KHV please i request you at least warn people..i know i for one am sick of just coming on and finding out its been deleted without so much as a chance to fix my mistakes.

Dude if you just post something that isn't spam or against the rules for that section then it won't get deleted. We are actually fair.

Also it is six words per post and mine was over that. Nice try though.

Uh uh. Mine was over six words, answered the question AND stated why i chose it yet it's gone without a warning. I'm not responding after the next one...not disrespecting or anything i'm just not going to fill this thread with spam.

Dude, no offense but if it's only one post? Let it go. The warning is in the rules and you do get a PM saying why it's been deleted, I think it also mentions how to improve the post [if you decided to post again?] if you don't want it to be deleted again. I think.

It ISNT just one post in the last 2 weeks alone i've had 3 posts deleted. While 2 of them was fair enough once i thought about it, i believe this one is not. I wasn't told how to improve the post, it was just said why it was deleted and from what thread.

It's still nothing to raise a fuss about.
Just follow the rules, and you'll do fine.

No offense here bro but three posts isn't much at all. Once again if they were deleted there was a good reason.

Also if you need help improving posts ask someone. There are a lot of helpful people on this site.

Dude. I could understand if it was 10+ post deletion but three posts are nothing, you can earn them back in no time, just post something relevant to the topic and something more than "I also agree" etc.

Actually it was several posts of dr._wigglz that got deleted for no accounted reason,no warnings what so ever either. This all seems like some kinda of poppy cock to me :\ quite frankly and if i was dr._wigglz i wouldn't give up on this either.

    Thread was "Favourite Disney villain?"
Response was something along the lines of this:Hades, definately. I burst out laughing in Hercules when Hercules punched Hades in the face so that you couldn't see it anymore.

I showed i liked him for his comical relief, i answered the question, it was more than 6 words. What was wrong with it?
