"Well excuse us!" Demyx shot back to Marluxia as he slowly picked himself up from the ground, brushing his pants off and giving a glare that said 'you aren't nice'.Marluxia was always trying to be in charge and try to act like a peacekeeper, but it was actually him who disturbed it most of the time. He probably thought of himself as a big shot just because he had a scythe or something.Well, get real Marluxia! You're no better than anyone else!

    ...

But ..he wouldn't say that, it wasn't the time and ..yeah, that's it, it wasn't the time! He could always tell that jerk when everything was back in order.Hah, he'd show him!

    ...

...Yeah, that would be the day-- ..and Roxas just yelled in the small room, waking up from some sort of nightmare ..and people called him a coward. He never had any ..okay, that would be a lie.He had nightmares, quite a few of them. His most recent one involving getting boo'd offstage in a concert of his. Apparently his voice box had died out and he was caught lip syncing...darn cd's skipping! ...but enough about that.

Bringing his focus back on Axel, who was now beside Roxas and patting his shoulder with his free hand, he wanted to know why everything was so serious. So it was dark, big deal.Wasn't like they went through darkness every time they decided to portal themselves to a new destination."Well ..most of us are up, including our mobile battery ..can you explain now?" he asked impatiently, his glance going to Larxene, who he had just noticed getting up.

His arms folded themselves and he tapped his foot on the ground impatiently, the crashing of rain against the hard walls of the castle filling his ears. He honestly wanted to know why Axel was so weird now. What was the point of keeping quiet? It's not like there was someone else here..

    Right?..RIGHT!?

    _

Axel was already by his best friends side within the five second interval of the shout, rubbing and patting his back to help him get any cough he needed to out.He was a little irritated by the scream, as he did his best to keep everyone quiet so he could explain the situation without anyone or ..anything listening in on them. His green eyes showed concern, and he could only wonder what Roxas was dreaming about ..but, judging from his words, it had to have been that somebody of his, Sora. Axel never really could help those dreams of his.All he could do, ever, was be his best friend and help him any way he can. It was them against the world, after all. "Easy, Roxas ..it was just a nightmare ..unfortunately you just woke up in another one."

It would be hard to explain the exact situation to everyone in, but he'd have to try. And Roxas ..just getting up from a nightmare involving Sora. If he thought that was bad, then what he woke up in was going to be worse. And plus he had to shut Demyx up, as the Nocturne was growing impatient, not to mention annoying with his pestering. But in a situation like this, it was best to know everything you could.

Finally standing up and raising his manipulated ball of fire a little higher so everyone could see each other, Axel looked over all who were awake, watching Larxene more than the others. She, out of everyone else, might find what she was about to see funnier than anyone else. "All right ..Roxas, I don't think you'll be able to handle what you're about to see, so cover your eyes." he instructed silently, sticking to the serious approach he was now using. After his friend complied in whatever way he chose, he continued. "Okay ..if anyone forgot, we were brought down here by our very own scientist, Vexen. He borrowed one of Roxas' nobodies to test his little device, placing the mind of a serial killer in a nobody to increase aggression and instinct in a fight ..and something went wrong with that. The device went haywire and he pulled it off, the thing exploding a second later ..and here we all are."

"Tell us something we don't know already, Axel. Why are you so serious? Accidents happen, don't they?" Demyx was growing annoyed with the pointless review given. Not even he was that brain dead. He remembered exactly what happened. The strapped down Samurai, the Glove thing, the flash of light. No reason to state the obvious! "Come on ..tell us more."

"Well, if you really want to know then I can't deny you, Demyx .." Axel mocked his pity for Demyx and looked over his shoulder, causing that ball of fire to increase in size. With that, the glow of the room spread, lighting up the entire lab with its mock light. And with the entire lab now able to be seen, the one thing that stuck out more than anything else were the remains of Vexen, who's scarlet blood was all over the cabinets, floor, walls and Vexen's body himself.A scalpel was deep in his left eye, while the right was out of its socket and reached down to his chin. His mouth was wide open, indicating his shock and suffering before life left him. There were various deep cuts all along his face and to top it all off, his arms were cut off from the shoulders, only being held to his body by muscle tissue. It was a terrifying sight to see.

OOC: Demyx shitting himself soon to come.

Marluxia raised an eyebrow seeing as Axel was even allowing himself to annoy Demyx with not getting to the point of this whole ordeal. So it was dark and there was a explosion, he didn't want to see this little science fair in the first place, and if anything the fact Vexen's backfired on him once again just made the situation even more of a bore. When Axel lit up the room, he took a hand and placed it to his brow blocking it out some as to not be flared in the eyes. However his eyes then trailed to the site he had come to the conclusion was what Axel had intended to keep secret for a while longer. The mutilated body of Vexen, but then again he didn't doubt that he had performed such experiments before. But to see him actually being dead, in a mess in front of everything, this was something completely different, but still did not call for any care to be shed on his end.

"Well well...it seems the old man couldn't handle his last experiment...that is what he gets for choosing to leave himself alone working on junk such as that...." he said his voice showing its lack of care and a hint suggesting that everyone else rather take a similiar approach to it. Then again there were some people who probably actually cared that this fate had befallen him, Zexion of course, Lexasus, the Superior hearing his best scientist had been lost, and then maybe some of the other members too. He took a small glance over in Larxene's direction, expecting to see a similiar gesture from her end, then again one on a higher scale probably. His eyes went to Axel who he would imagine even had a small glint of "good riddance" attitude for the old man.

Zexion had started to grow somewhat annoyed with Axel's little game as well, seeing as now was definitely not a time for such trivial secrets. He crossed his arms and was about to speak, assuring that the message finally be addressed by order but as he opened his mouth he met Axel's light of the room. Shielding his eyes somewhat as well he looked around calmly and quietly until his eyes too beheld the gruesome site. His eyes froze, a glazed look of horror upon them, seeing one of his fellow six laying lifeless upon the ruin of his works. He fought to say something but at first had trouble finding words to fit the situation at hand. His legs were stuck stiff to the floor and if he had a heart at this very moment it would be beating like crazy.

"Vexen..." he finally managed to utter and spew from his lips, however none dared follow as this horror still had its grip on him. He shook his head realizing this was in no way related to the dreams he had experienced, this was indeed a real life nightmare right before his eyes. After a moment he composed himself, still slightly shaken by the loss of his comrade, however he would not let it get the best of him. "The Superior must be notified at once of this misfortune...as grave as it may be things must continue on course..." he said quietly and making sure he made eye contact with everyone. "I would imagine the Superior shall call for a meeting of sorts over the matter...and of course per usual what shall be done since a member of the six has been slain..."

Lexeaus approached the group from out of the shadows, making a surprise entrance, as he approached the group. "Is this a meeting?" he asked the group, keeping it simple. He had been within the lab all along, observing Vexen for the Superior to ensure that he stay on track, and had conveniantly been asleep in the darker area of the lab for quite some time while standing cross-armed. He then began to observe all of the members, when Vexen's.......artisticly altered body came into veiw. He gave a grunt, recognizing the death of the man whom which he had been supposed to have been keeping watch of originally, until falling asleep.

  4. Roxas gasped as he kept attempting to breathe throughout the multiple coughs that rocked his body, blinking his watery, blurry eyes as he felt like he was going to be nauseous. It wasn't until Axel thankfully came and began patting his shoulder, that his blank mind realized what can be done to help in a second of clarity. Raising his hand, he pounded on his chest rather hard, the action perhaps able to give him just a chance to inhale. Anything. Three rough, loud coughs erupted from this, but in return, his lungs breezed in what they had needed for so long as it gave a pause to the rapid wheezing. With a few other minor coughs left over that came out, he was breathing correctly soon. Panting fiercely, of course, yet the agony ended, and he bowed his head as he calmed down from what would have been a panic attack. He could feel the perspiration on his forehead from the struggle as he wiped his skin. Shutting his eyelids tiredly as he rested his head on his hand, his mouth curled unpleasantly as the whole thing left his throat completely numb and swollen. All he could feel was the dry, parched, itchy, and scraped surface every time he swallowed. Which in itself was difficult at the moment. He needed water...he really needed water. It was fully dehydrated, and he wouldn't be able to speak that well unless liquid smoothed it out. He barely listened to what Axel was saying even, but he thanked his friend for being there. His best friend. That was right. He smiled to himself. The redheaded man had stood up then, and he reopened his eyes to see him start to speak. His expression was grave, and he wondered for a second what was wrong. The words were ambiguous, though now he did recall what had happened. Some yell, Vexen throwing something, flash of light, and then nothing. He had forgotten about the experiment the scientist was going to show them. Not that Axel had to be concerned about him closing his eyes when he directed the statement at him, as he did so willingly without a problem. A head ache was coming over, and the reminder took him back to that horrible dream. That was the worst he had so far among the rest. Last time, it was more of images, and he was told he was unconscious for a lot of days. Twenty or so. And what he did before that...he couldn't recall at all. That boy in red. Sora. Who was he? Who was Sora? He had been dreaming a lot, and the visions have been increasing just a little. To the point where now it felt real. He had not been able to sleep that much because of them. Sometimes, they stopped, so he wasn't that tired and his body wasn't as heavy. It did weigh on him, nonetheless. About why he was going through this, and why was it happening to him. So many questions...

He could sense that Axel already raised the flames up, as he could see the light go brighter even in the darkness that his pupils were in. He was curious as to what was it that everyone was looking at it, but heeding his best friend's words, he didn't take a peek, despite the strong curiosity. From what he was hearing, something went wrong with Vexen. Or something was wrong with Vexen. Marluxia mocked him, and it wasn't until Zexion gave in his two cents that he could click them together. An ache shot through his chest. Even if he didn't get to know the elder man well, or knew him at all, it was still rather worrisome. Was Vexen...? Dead? He felt his stomach clench and swirl uncomfortably. He hasn't faded yet either...though, he couldn't imagine what he must look like. Was it that bad? Did he want to?

Now that he thought about it, it did smell like iron...the room, that is. Like a foul stench.

He frowned slightly, afraid to actually witness it. Maybe if they described it to him..."Axel?"

Larxene rolled her eyes at the boy, thinking it was an exaggeration on his part. He had a nightmare; so did everyone else. Not that she ever really hung out with the absent minded Hero's Nobody. Wouldn't be caught dead for it. Maybe not that badly or to that extent, but she wasn't interested unless she had to. Axel, however, went just like a good boy to his side. She ignored it, already bored with the picture and the situation, and merely concentrated on the thunder still roaring outside and the patters of water. Her big, deep aqua eyes shifted from member to member once in a while, getting irritated as the seconds ticked by with nothing, but silence. The only difference was that now Zexion made his presence, and so had Lexeaus. Not surprising. The two stuck together the most from what she had seen. Letting them all chatter with themselves, frown on her face at the pointless talking, she just waited. Which she didn't normally do. In fact, she was thinking of getting up from her sitting position and leaving. If it wasn't for the problem they were in, with lack of light, members knocked out, she could have not been here long ago. It wasn't until Axel took center stage that she halfway bothered to hear what was being said. The vague comments he gave to Roxas piqued her interest...just slightly, hoping this would be a form of entertainment. She breathed in annoyance when the redhead instead started a summary of the events, beating around the bush. Demyx then blabbed something that was unimportant like the rest of him, yet, it somehow had Axel shut up and get to the point. Well, at least that managed to do some good. For once. Watching him expand his fire ball to light up the whole room, she followed the direction of his gaze, and spotted something that made her freeze lawl. The splattered crimson all over the floor, cabinets, and walls near the corpse. Limbs cut off and misplaced. From her spot, she didn't catch his face, but she could see that one eye socket was gushing and filled with blood. Not that it was any different from the amount that had spilled in the ground like a pool, which would be hell to clean up. And was that an eye ball? Her face scrunched together distastefully and in disgust, her nose wriggling. "Ew." The sound got out without her consent, but it described the scene to her perfectly. It kind of made her sick for a second, to the point where she even turned away for awhile. After all, contrary to popular belief of what people thought of her, she wasn't the bloody type who licked and swallowed it like a blood sucker. Pain was a contrast to any actual gruesome sight. She did it for fun, and to watch others cower and be idiots. There's no fun in seeing ripped out muscle tissue except for cannibals. And it wasn't funny if the victims were actually dead. A vile rose in her throat, yet, it went quickly back down as she blinked, suddenly realizing what this meant. Maybe if she had a Heart she would be more affected. But she didn't. And she was fine with it. "The old irritating man is gone? Finally? Where's the damn champagne?"

She had hated him with every fiber of her being. She had thought of so many things to get rid of him permanently. And now she was free from his ugly face forever. And in the worst way possible too. It felt so much less dirty here now. Covering her mouth as she got up to her feet, fixing her coat with the other hand, she let out a giggle, finding it a somewhat amusing and quite triumphant moment. She gave a few more chuckles before speaking airily. "I guess he does have a googly eye. Literally." Of course, she was referring to the popped eyeball with a cheeky smile on her face. Oh, the tragedy of it all...

    "Seriously. Who wants champagne?"

OOC: Okay, tried waiting fo TN to become more available so I'm going to post now, seeing as she's TN and rarely does anything ...nah jk TN, I love you :3 ..queen of rp, but takes a hella long time.

Okay, mojo is low but I'll try my best.

Between the appearance of Lexaeus from the shadows, Marluxia looking pleased, Zexion being his usual bookworm. logical self ..and Roxas not knowing whats going on, Axel did his best to cope with the circumstances.Xemnas was still lying on his back, something he always did except in a chair ..so it looks like he'd be in charge.Awesome, right? Well, if you don't count the power being out, the weather going to hell, and a potential killer on the loose ..then yeah, freakin' awesome. His eyes went to everyone giving their opinions, and he was surprised Demyx wasn't here at all ..where could he--..

Smelling a sickening stench in the air, Axel narrowed his eyes in pure disgust as the aroma filled his nostrils ..it smelled like-- He heard mumbling in the corner of the lab away from Vexen, and the Flurry took careful steps to approach the whimpering young man. Demyx was huddled in a corner, rocking back and forth, looking terrified. And as he grew closer, the stench grew worse ..he didn't, did he?

"..Demyx..you didn't happen to..piss yourself, right?" he questioned, kneeling down beside him and making sure not to land in any puddles of human waste.

"...Mmm.."Demyx whimpered to Axel as he hovered back in forth like a pinwheel.Yeah, he peed himself, but so what? He wasn't as tough as anyone there ..he wasn't strong or cool, or had a huge dong like Axel(Fanservice for TN). He couldn't do this ..heck, horror movies scared the daylights out of him. And now he was in a nightmare, one he couldn't control ..the old fart was gone, and he was glad he wasn't here anymore to bother him ..but he didn't want him to die like that.

But here he was, shaking in fear as he plotted his next move.He could run around in a crazy fright and try to get downstairs ..or he could portal ..but would it work? God, why did he have to be blessed with such poor strategic skills!? He could run, yeah, then the killer would definitely go for him ..god, what could he do?

    ...

He had to redeem himself for this upset. He was being a coward ..he had to be strong like the others, not as cruel like Larxene, but strong enough to handle what he saw. Come on..I gotta play this off, but how? he thought as he stopped rocking and looked down at the cold floor, beginning to think.

    ...

    ...

    ...

God this was so hard!Thinking was tough to do in a situation like this ..how could Vexen stand reading all those useless books and stuff!?

"...OKAY!" Demyx shouted, startling the hell out of Axel in the process as he stood up and pointed towards everyone. This had to work for sure."My mental preparation is complete.Let's get out there, together, and catch this creep! .."

"...How about you change your pants first before we go?" Axel stood up rubbing his ear after that shout. So much for silence ..now that killer would know they were still here, the situation wouldn't go any better at all ..and Roxas was still left in the dark.Taking silent steps toward him, he placed a hand on Roxas shoulder, patting it twice."Vexen's dead ..come on, we need to get out of here, quick." he said, hoping he'd get on his feet. And as for Larxene ..he really didn't have much else to say about her.She hated Vexen and was glad to see the fate he had ..hell, he didn't like the old geek but that was a brutal death for him.

To think they slept through the yelling and jerking ..that sent shivers down his spine for sure.

He doubted anyone except Zexion or perhaps Lexaeus would wish to say words of farewell to Vexen, so now was the time to think. They needed to get the power back on ..and another group had to look around for the killer ..but who would get that duty?

"..All right ..walking around alone would be suicide, and instead of being one large group I suggest we break into smaller ones. But for this to work I need to balance out our powers." he glanced at everyone awake.Larxene.Roxas.Demyx.Lexaeus.Marluxia.Zexion ..and himself.Power would be a big issue ..but he'd also need to go by preferences as well."..One group needs to get the power back ..and the other needs to find this guy and bring him down. I'm thinking Zexion, Marluxia, and Lexaeus handle searching for this guy." Zexion was the useless one in the group, but he had a purpose ..maybe his illusion could throw the killer off if he came for them.Marluxia and Lexaeus for obvious reasons ..they could fight."And Larxene, Roxas and I will get the power back ..if you've got any complaints, speak now or forever shut your trap.." he waited ..and waited ..and waited more, but before anyone else could speak, Demyx raised his hand."What is it Demyx?"

"Hey, I didn't get into a group ..who do I go with?" he asked sheepishly as he sucked the liquid from his pants out, tossing it over his shoulder and into a nearby sink ..covered in some blood ..Ergh..number one was finished but number two was probably gonna come soon if he didn't get out of here. And why did Axel neglect him when choosing?

He had his uses!He could control water ..he could ..control water..and..sing? Yeah, he could totally sing to keep everyone from freaking out, mostly himself.Cause this is Thriller!~ ...damn that Micheal Jackson and his Thriller, damn him for being such a god in the music industry ..rest in peace though ..I won't stop till I get enough ..I'll beat it..I'll do the moonwalk ..and hopefully not be struck by a smooth, psycho criminal, ultimately bleeding to death ...

"Oh...um.." Axel didn't dislike Demyx ..but he'd find him more of a setback if anything else in his party. He had an excuse ready for him though ..he just hoped everyone else would shut up and take him."Okay ..seeing as the group searching for the killer lacks range, you'll be able to provide that."

    "B-but ..."

"Demyx, you'll be okay ..trust me on this ..just stay together and you'll be fine ..I mean you've got the guy who knows his books, a man with pink hair and an addiction to flower petals ..and ..Lexaeus."

"..Y-your right, I can do it! I can be useful!"

...God ..if someone has to be the first to be tortured, he hoped the guy cut out Demyx voice box a little. He was too jumpy for his own good. With his flame still lit in his hand, Axel awaited for approvals or rejections to the plan.

    Xemnas and Xigbar?
Xemnas held his arms up at Kingdom Hearts, the heart shaped moon in the sky. "soon. very soon. power will be mine." he lowered his arms and turned around. Xigbar was behind him. "well hi there Xemmy!" Xigbar waved and grinned. Xemnas frowned. "i told you never to call me that..." Xemnas said. "um... sorry Xe- i mean, Superior." Xemnas groaned. "i need an asprin...." he walked away. Xigbar followed. "wud i do!?"

  7. OOC: What I'd liked to know is how Demyx knows Axel has a huge "dong" >.>.

"Ugh, Demyx, please multiply some huge amount of testosterone for yourself, for the sake of us present. That's more nasty than the mess Vexen is right now," Larxene remarked viciously, with a strained tone that resembled one trying not to smell anything and holding their breath. She wriggled her nose in repulsion as her face cringed, eyebrows furrowing. So many disgusting things in just a minute. She had been having a rather hard time breathing, actually. If Vexen's body didn't fade, which was odd in itself, she didn't want to be present when it started to decompose. Now that was horror. She didn't want to vomit her nonexistence out with the stench that it will bring. But, of course, now it was being replaced by the aroma of piss. Joy. All she was doing was laying her body on the wall after Roxas finished his spaz attack, arms crossed. And then this had to happen. Maybe she could just electrocute Demyx to death. If the killer got him first, she sure won't mind. Then again, she wouldn't have anyone to bully her boring missions and work into, but that was just a minor sacrifice she would have to pay. She didn't know how Axel could even be near the guy in this situation, yet at least it wasn't her dealing with it. Rolling her eyes, she watched as the redhead approached the whimpering figure, and simply being disinterested, thought of something else. It appeared they were in what would be called, a "horror film". She had seen a few in her human life when she could, and had gotten the rules perfectly well on what not to do. She didn't know how those would work in the problem that they were facing, but there had to be some truth to it. Well, at least when she watched the movies, she knew exactly what the idiots of the characters should have done. They just lacked the common sense so they can be slaughtered and give the audience a good show. The only reason why she suddenly snapped back to attention was when Demyx yelled, and with a dark expression on her face, glowered at the water wielder. She snorted quietly. Yeah, I'll give him one minute before he breaks his 'mental preparation'...and that's even a gift.

She didn't know how he was going to change his pants per Axel's suggestion, considering he had to go to his room or so to replace his wet one. That's where she tuned out again, waiting for them to finish up whatever they wanted to. Preparation to go. What really got to her, and which she disagreed with once Axel finished with Roxas, was the fact that he was barking out orders. Do this and that. Who the hell put him in charge? Xemnas was knocked out, but wasn't this suppose to be a group vote? That they choose who was the perfect candidate to lead? Her deadly gaze was now directed at the Flurry of Dancing Flames in a small bit of annoyance. He was smart enough to keep Demyx out of the casting calls, yet, she was going to be vehemently against this. He did say if they had complaints, that they speak now. Might as well. Right after Demyx shut up in time. Which he did. "OBJECTION." Her voice came out in a growl, and she placed her arms by her side, starting to walk towards Axel in fizzling steps. But she didn't wait to reach him to speak her opinion as she hissed, "Who the hell made you the commander here? And already you're doing the wrong thing. Splitting up? That's just asking for the killer to come in on cue and finish us off one by one. Power and safety in numbers. Haven't you ever seen what happens to those who 'split up'? That's right, they die! Or at least faster than they would have if they were smart enough to stay together. One drastic rule when dealing with some crazed psychopath is that. As well as not to panic."

She sent this to Demyx in particular, giving him a threatening evil eye if he dare do such a thing. Someone had to get through him. He wasn't going to be their Achilles's heel if she could help it. "And then of course, there's the part that if you're a girl, and a hot one at that, you're in danger. But since none of you are females...well, biologically, anyway, we can scratch that out."

Naturally, it was there she realized what she just said.

She was basically a primary target.

Then again, most of the girls do survive for the most part in horror movies, so perhaps she was not in complete danger.

Roxas was very open-minded to a lot of things. Mostly because he had a lot to learn as of yet, without the proper memories. He wasn't born with them, despite the fact that they had been haunting him lately. And so he was kind of...slow on certain things. But even he noticed the weird aroma before Axel had spoken anything to confirm what it was. And on top of what kind of state Vexen was in, due to everyone's reaction, he slightly felt sick. He wouldn't think Demyx was capable of that. Sure, he wasn't the bravest of the members, and he did skip out on missions, and acted like a coward. But enough to actually...go to the bathroom in his pants? He was certain that the sight of the scientist was bad, of course, yet, it was very odd nonetheless to commit an action to pee. The most proper reaction would be to vomit, turn away, or just feel ill. Not...that. He had thought Demyx was a bit better. Then there was the whimper. He didn't find the whole prospect funny, especially that he had to go and change his pants when there was a killer, supposedly, that could be anywhere. Going off alone wasn't the best idea unless they would be able to get a brand new pair of slacks. He sighed, not seeing anything as of yet, still having his eyes shut. His best friend, who had patted him in the shoulder, didn't need to tell him about Vexen's fate at this point. He frowned a bit, and kept silent, head bowed at the thought of one of them murdered. Even if he barely spend time with him, if at all, he was still...a sort of person, right? Flickering his eyelids open, slowly, making certain he was facing the right way, where he wouldn't see Vexen's body, he looked at everyone. The least they could do was cover the old man in a sign of respect, and so no one would have to keep seeing the mutilation he was in. There had to be a sheet around. With this in mind, and feeling much better than he had before, he pushed himself up to his feet, dusting off his cloak. And being careful not to check in a direction he didn't particularly want to see, he proceeded to walk. As this was a lab, there was a hospital bed with a white cover, and while Axel started explaining what they should do, he went over to it, yanking it off it's perch. Obviously, he wasn't going to actually place it on top of the carcass himself, but, he hoped somebody will do the act in some form for him. He had listened to the redhead at the same time, not entirely positive if splitting up so soon would be a good idea. His focus on that was interrupted when Larxene's high pitched voice wrecked his ear drums, and he turned around to watch the female mouth off to the redhead. Disagreeing, he supposed. He didn't think leadership would be a problem in the situation. But, there were others who perhaps thought that one was not capable. He observed the show for awhile in disinterest until she was done, saying something about girls being killed, or "hot" girls, while he already had the bed sheet in his hands. Truthfully, he didn't want to worry or be concerned over spotting Vexen accidentally all the time. However at this point, he didn't know whether to disrupt the whole thing, or let the argument finish.

Scratching his head, he stepped forward to the huddle group of Axel, Demyx, and Larxene, the rest not far from them. In the end, he just patted Axel on the arm casually, thinking he was the best candidate for this job, considering Demyx's reaction to Vexen, and Larxene wouldn't just plain do it because she was like that. Marluxia wouldn't do it either, and he wasn't familiar with Zexion or Lexeaus. Hoping he wasn't getting angry, he held up the blanket with a shrug. "Not to sound like a prude, but will anyone bother to put this on top of Vexen? Will save us from having the picture pop up every time..."

Zexion quietly listened as Axel began to speak on his...plan could you even call such a simplistic thing such? Either way now was not the time to be questioning what should be done, that is other then who indeed was giving the orders. "I'm afraid I would have to agree with Larxene..." he said stopping himself and rolling his eyes, "only on certain aspects of her speech...there are people in higher ranking in this room other then yourself Axel...even myself being one of them..." He quietly contemplated for a moment, one of his hands finding refuge nestled under his chain and a look of concentration on his face. "I will however point out your gesture of turning on the power to the headquarters again will be a much needed action taken hastily...then we can perhaps unravel more about said mystery..."

He sighed rubbing his temples lightly, his attention however turned to Roxas, the small boy and of course youngest of them actually showing some respect to a fellow member, well hopefully at least some. Even though they were not required to exactly "like" each other, that still did not change the two simple points of this Organization. Complete loyalty to the Superior...which unfornately was all ready looking glim...and of course the fact THEY were a ORGANIZATION. He was beginning to think though it would eventually become a rift between the original and new members, and if his conclusions were correct they were all ready starting the game down one player.

Marluxia stood with his arms crossed, honestly his eyes being closed for the matter of the arguing, debating, whatever to each his own interpretation of what was being spat about amongst them. However in his mind things were indeed simplistic, one such problem to him and his ploy was down and out, this little nuisance he would not dare a wink to. If anything he was proud and to go even farther his pride so extended as to make sure everyone knew as such. Elegance, properness, and accuracy were all ethics he made sure to live in every aspect of life, no matter the circumstance, even one such as now. He sighed finally when everyone had ceased talking for the moment. His eyes trailed to Axel, honestly, the member had no previous leadership experience and even as Zexion had pointed out nor did he dare have the rank to order them as such. His eyes then traveled over to Zexion, such an annoyance, the sewer rat living in the basement of his castle. He wasn't stupid when Xemnas had mentioned he would be occupying those bottom floors, obviously not to bring him "aid".

And finally his eyes beheld the young boy, the spoiled and pampered little kid with the key who Xemnas so fondly tried to keep in this Organization at all costs, claiming he was indeed the key to their hearts. "Why would you show compassion...a fake emotion as such to start out with...but secondly for a thing if that...a fabrication of nothing...." he said shaking his head slightly. "It seems Xemnas has indeed not imprinted what we were and what we can not feel and do into your shell yet..." He sighed again and uncrossed his arms looking around the room, "As was said...I agree a higher member should dispense what he thinks is best for us...I have no problem searching...that is unless we plan to wait for our great...Superior to awaken next...."

  9. "We are told not to feel compassion because we can't, and we are nothing. But he was still moving, breathing, talking, looking, like any normal human would. If anything, we are creatures that have a mind of our own with memories. So it doesn't matter to me what we are, or what we aren't, or what we cannot feel or do. Frankly, I just don't care," Roxas responded in a low tone, just slightly ticked at the words that were directed at him. And if it wasn't, he heard them. He was tired of listening to the same thing over and over. He's gotten the speech ever since his birth, and it was etched on his brain just for how many times he was reminded of it. It was almost like it wasn't allowed to think otherwise. He knew what he was. But then, why, if the personality a Nobody depicts come from the memories of their past lives, did he have his own view on things? His own attitude? Then again, it was said he was special. Nonetheless, people could act the way they wanted to. There was no need for correction. And the multitude of it was grating on his nerves lately. A lot of things have been. "And as I said, I don't want to accidentally witness Vexen's dead body any time soon, and be jittery or careful for a long time. Anyone willing to put it over him?"

By this point, whoever volunteered was alright by his view.

Lexeaus approached Roxas and took the blanket, whether Roxas cared or not. He approached the old man, and laid it on top of him, though without much caring. Such things did not bother Lexeaus since unlike a select few of the members, he did not pretend to show any emotions.
Given that partially annoying task had been taken care of though, he walked over to Zexion, standing at his right side, and looking out at most of the members, now seeing it a fit time to speak. "We are nobodies. A select thirteen which our superior has chosen due to our strengths. Though Larxene makes a point that people who split up in movies usually end up getting killed, she also proves a point, since unlike in movies, we are nobodies. You should take pride in that." he said, looking at all the members, seeing if what he had said might actually make a difference amongst the members. "We should split up into groups. Unlike petty humans, we are actually able to fend for ourselves. So I must side with axel."

Xigbar lay on the ground his mind was foggy. He wasn't sure what was happening for the moment. It would all fall into realization in seconds. For now he heard talking. It was easy to identify the voices.
"Whose whining...?" Xigbar groaned as he recovered and stood up. He blinked and shook his head. He focused a little more now that his vision was starting to clear up. He could barely see anyone through the darkness. A flame was visible which shed some light.
"What's happened?" Xigbar asked as he went over to everyone. They were arguing on what to do. Everyone was here. Almost everyone.
It was apparent the electricity had gone out. Of course. He listened to the conversations but was too interested. He was more interested on where Vexen was, though he had his guess set, and if everyone else was okay.

Xioimara sat patiently in her room, more in the corner. She never did good in thunderstorms. Better yet the lights went out. She sat in the dark with her eyes opened, and listened intently when the thunder stopped. Lightning was just a chance to see if anything moved. She mostly watched her closet. Like many other youth she didn't trust what was behind those doors though she had looked many times. Xioimara hugged her knees and rested her chin on her knees. Everyone should've been back by now.
Or maybe there was just a delay.
    It had to be.
Her nerves kept her bolted to the ground. She jumped as she heard footsteps near by her door and stop. Thunder cracked. It had just been her mind. There was nothing to worry. Just wait. She was positive someone would check on her once everyone returned from Vexen's project. Xioimara sighed to try and relax and looked around a little. She couldn't see anything. Not even if she put her hand in front of her face. Her closet door creaked slightly as thunder rumbled, Xioimara growled softly as a small warning if anything was there.
'It's just your mind.' Her eyes widened slightly as she heard her door creak. It always creaked. There wasn't even a good lock on it. It opened by itself most of the time.
Xioimara whined and leaned back against her wall and uncrossed her arms and stood up ever so slightly as she heard the door hit the wall lightly. Lightning went off. Nothing there. She breathed. Her door slammed shut.
"Axel, I swear to God if you're going to scare me again I'll bite you!" Xioimara threatened, her form shifted into her smaller but more powerful form. The hackles on her neck rose up, tail went up and she showed her teeth. She moved out from the corner and stayed against the wall, and continued to growl. A hand seized her by the back of the neck, Xioimara yelped and leaned against the wall and snapped at whatever grabbed her, it let go. She started forward more of running and was grabbed by the tail. She screamed and rolled onto her back, kicking the force. Xioimara's form changed back to her original human form and she stumbled as she stood up to run, she slammed into the door and pulled it open, running into the door on the other side of the hall.
Xioimara turned and started to run as fast as she could down the hall. She knew the twists and turns of the halls better than the back of her hand. "Xemnas!" Xioimara cried out as she towards the basement.

Xigbar shook his head. He thought he heard someone else. More off in the distance.
"Shh.." He said to everyone and tried to listen closer. He heard footsteps coming towards them. He blinked, "Where's Xioimara?" He suddenly asked. It was answered with a cry of help.
"Thunder's gone and got her scared again." He knew this better than anyone.
"Does anybody know what did happen?" Xigbar asked, keeping his attention ready for when Xioimara found them. "And where's Vexen?" Xigbar asked, Vexen was no where to be as far as he knew.

OOC: For the record Kitten, and anyone else, don't control the killers actions without approval.I don't mean to ***** about it or anything but I gotta control him for fairness reasons.

I have accepted her OC due to this being an alternate universe where there will be no Xion, and instead there will be Xioimara.

It was so very sudden that everyone chose to discuss this. And it wasn't surprising that the loudest out of them all, which happened to be their very own Larxene, chose to protest first after a little comment towards Demyx and his accident. She was making a good point, and while making that point she was proving herself to be ignorant of what he stated. And for all that was peaceful, he let her talk, let her believe she was correct with where she was going. It wasn't his concern whether or not she liked his leadership, but someone had to do it. But the material for leading was dirt poor. Marluxia was too poetic and traitorous to lead, and Larxene would let that power of leadership get to her head.He knew her, as did anyone else.

Finally, when she closed that mouth of hers, the room was filled with more opinions on the subject.Zexion chose to agree with Larxene and, of course, speak of rank. Axel knew there were higher people in this room when it came to a silly number, but right now they needed a level head, and Xemnas was down and out.Marluxia has stepped forward and offered mention to Roxas' actions of hiding Vexen's body, and Axel was prepared to defend his friend. It turned out that the guy didn't need it ..he could handle Marluxia easily enough.Roxas was indeed a good kid ..none of them really liked Vexen enough to suggest such a thing, but he was different. And when he came to think of it, it was expected from the Nobody of Sora.

And lastly, there was Lexaeus, the walking boulder, placing that blanket over Vexen with respect ..or perhaps the look was making him nauseous. He was uncertain.

"...Well if everyone's do-" a stir to his left put him on alert. He raised his lit hand towards the source of movement immediately, finding it to be none other than Xigbar, the number two and one of the elder members of the group.Looked like Lexaeus and Zexion won't be so alone anymore."Doesn't Larxene just make the perfect alarm clock?" he asked Xigbar, undertones of sarcasm lined all over that rhetorical question. But, at least another was up, which bettered their chances of getting out of this situation. He was prepared to explain just what happened to the forgetful freeshooter until he heard a shout far off.

Hearing the shout for help, Demyx jumped a little. He had stayed completely silent and fumed over Larxene's harsh words and glare..Pfft, as if that little blonde devil knew anything.Testosterone, psh, at least he didn't need a tampon or anything, right? But ..between him and himself, he'd never say that to her face. His existence was precious, and he didn't want to lose it to some lightning wench like Larxene."..Wh-what was that?...was it Xioimara?" it was definitely a young girls voice, so who else could it be outside of this room?

He slowly moved over towards the cold door to listen harder on it. It had to be Xioimara, after all, living together you tend to know the sound of ones footsteps."..Well, it must be the weather bothering her ag-"

"Demyx, let me remind you that there is a possible MURDERER on the loose!" Axel threw in, making his own way towards the door.Gently pushing Demyx aside to push open the cold door. The hallway was unusually chilly, lit only by the flashes of lightning outside and his ball of fire in his hands. If Xioimara was smart, then she'd follow the light if she could see it.

"No point being quiet now ..she's put the killer on alert." he peered over his shoulder and informed everyone. If they didn't like it, too bad ..he knew Xigbar would call for her regardless. He stepped out into the hallway and looked out towards his right, hearing most of the yelping coming from that direction."XIOIMARA!!" he shouted at the top of his lungs, hoping she'd rush to him instead of the other way around.

"SHH, not so loud Axel!" whimpered Demyx as he creeped out of room after him.He was worried about Xioimara too, but he didn't want the killer to head for them now either.

OOC: Got lazy halfway through, sorry.

Marluxia closed his eyes and quietly listened, growing even more into the depths of boredom if that were even possible. Ideally this situation was practical and simple, something that shouldn't require minutes...or in their case...hours to discuss even just the start. At this point in time everyone's voices had just become a utter boom of annoyance that even the thunder and lightning was starting to be unable to drown out. He sighed and opened his eyes again, the aqua orbs making their way back and forth across the room seeing once again that nothing much but idle words of the least importance were continuing to be spoken. "If everyone is quite finished...what say we actually do something productive...and trust me rarely do those words cross these lips for this Organization..." he said making sure clarification was given as to his status as far as this Organization goes.

His interest however became peaked somewhat when he heard about coming from the halls the sound of someone familiar, and someone surprisingly enough that he did not find annoying on a constant stage. Xioimara. He raised his eyebrow as to what the ruckus could be caused about and sighed in annoyance when Axel purposefully yelled out to her, definitely the best way to handle the situation, not. Either way the sooner everyone was informed and fully aware of the circumstances that would allow for the final removal of everyone from the room and hopefully something interesting perhaps.

Zexion nodded in agreement with Lexasus on the terms of them being unique, then again the orginal six at least had always been unique even in life. Then again he would have to have guessed that these people as well, the latter nine, indeed had to be in some way or thus they wouldn't have been in this Organization. He was a little shocked to hear however him agree with the plan of splitting up, which he believed to have a few tad too many flaws to it, but then again even a high ranking wouldn't develop much resource when out voted. He knew when he had been discouraged from the course of things, however he would not let it get him down as some of the members had been known to do so.

"Very well then...we shall await Xioimara's arrival...then we shall go forth with Axel's plan..." he said his eyes trailing around the room, "my group however shall go in search of restoring power and the defense systems back to their online quality..." He thought for a moment before continuing, "as for Marluxia's group, muscled should be used where it is best, apprenhending this nuisance..." He breathed in a little deeper then usually, containing the scent in, "as for your group Axel...I expect formidable results as well...whatever task you believe best suits..."

As Xioimara ran down the hallways she was starting to calm. She didn't know what was happening and she was going to feel like an idiot if it was someone trying to just scare her again. Xioimara stopped her running and stood still, listening for any other noises. She held her breath, "Fear is for prey. Fear is for prey." Xioimara tried to calm herself, "So," She crossed her arms thinking, thunder struck, "I can be prey for now!" Xioimara darted off to try and find the others faster.
    "Xioimara!"
Xioimara smiled, "Running is for the smart. Running gets you places."
Xioimara could see a small light down the hallway, "Axel!" She called and slowed down feeling a little safer. Safety in numbers, right?
"So," She tried to catch her breath as she stood in front of Axel, "I thought it was you who scared me!" She said to him and rolled her eyes, somewhat trying to act like nothing happened. She was shaking badly, both from running and the scare.
"Then!" She started, "I realized you probably wouldn't of tried to lock me inside of my own room!" She sighed, "Anyways," Xioimara pulled on her hair as lightning flashed, trying to stay calm, "I'm just starting to go insane," She sighed, "All is well." Xioimara shrugged.

Lexeaus glanced down at Xiomara. The shortest member of the group, and one who seemed to match Demyx when it came to cowardice. He wasn't going to stall though just because of her tartiness. His glance turned to a glare, as he stared down at Xioimara, and as if almost randomly, he raised his hand up to her, the back of his hand facing her.

"Tgh" was the only sound he made, as he lowered his hand. Though most would not get it, he knew xioimara would, due to her training. Then before he could even give her the chance, he reached down and grabbed her by her hood, and quickly yanked her up into the air, and placed his hand under where she would fall, and caught her in his hand, all with just one hand. She was already shorter then Roxas, and with his added strength, he knew that he could throw the pipsqueek around a little. WIthout a word though, he approached Marluxia, and looked directly at him, knowing that he did not need to say a word to confirm just who's team he would be on. "We'll use her for tracking." he said, as if not even considering how Xioimara might feel.

  18. Roxas looked around, relieved that he didn't have to be concerned about seeing Vexen's butchered body anymore. He gave Lexeaus a smile of thanks, and eyed the now covered corpse of the scientist freely without having to experience anything grotesque. Puddles of blood had stained the sheets crimson, and he could see some outlines of his figure. An uncomfortable growl and twirl of his stomach made him somewhat curl his lips, as if sick, and the lump in his throat didn't help either as he gazed at it for awhile. He could just imagine what would be under there if he got the full blown picture. Shuddering, and looking away quietly, he went over to the hospital bed perched on the side of the wall, where he got the blanket, and he lifted himself up there, sitting, as everyone else decided what to do. Things have been voted on so far, so his opinion wasn't needed. He honestly, while Axel was his best friend, wasn't sure if this was a good idea as well. Yet, no one else was presenting an alternative to go for. Larxene was the first one who disagreed, but, for now, anyway, she was just silently fuming and giving everyone dirty looks as if they were complete numskulls. In fact, she was so tensed that she appeared ready to literally explode with how sharp her eyes were and how tight her face was. Sighing, he stared at the proceedings, seeing Axel shout for Xioimara to come, as she was lost, from what he heard. And soon enough, the girl appeared. Safe and sound. It wasn't good to stay alone. He eyed her for a moment, glad to have someone his age around, and shocked that he had forgotten about her through this. Then again, with everything going on...

    - ✖ -

They were all going to die.

That's the conclusion that infiltrated her mind in the end when everyone finished with their "business", opinions, decisions, and after a certain someone shouted at Xioimara for her to follow his voice: that they were all going to die. And she was stuck with meeting the same fate because she was surrounded by complete and utter idiots. How did she ever find herself with the misfortune of getting into a group of males who were morons, was beyond her understanding. Larxene had blamed, and hated, Xemnas for his obvious low opinion on females and their strength. In fact, she was highly furious that she was the only girl found that had a strong enough Heart to retain human form, compared to the, she didn't know; twelve other damn males in the whole castle! Naturally, the sexism that this represented didn't escape her. And she was in a very serious and bad mood until Xioimara came along. For once in this place, she was quite satisfied that she was not the sole soul who had boobs. Or stuck with imbeciles. Another sane being had joined the ranks. While she was a bit bothered that she wasn't special and unique anymore in being the only female, the truth that there were other Nobodies of her gender remained as a blessing. She didn't really speak to the girl, as she wouldn't be caught dead hanging out with little twerps. But there was at least feminine company who she can rant to. And that small remark on Axel's part of the alarm clock didn't escape her either, and he received the flip of her middle finger for it with an ardent glare. Making certain he witnessed it. That didn't matter, nonetheless. And that was the least of the problems as of presently.

Those "problems" for her being that not only did Vexen foolishly create a serial killer by doing his damn experimenting all the time, putting them all in danger, and having no lights, but that they will go with Axel's plan. His plan. Separating. And, truthfully, she shouldn't be surprised at the choice they made considering who they were. Yet, ignoring her better judgment, she decided to give the faith that they might have brains and some levels of IQ under those thick heads. Oh, so wrong she was. They were as idiotic as ever. Now that all of the gang was here, while the others were still unconscious, they were going to get picked off one by one to their death. Or at least they will be played with. This was coming from her sadistic point of view and horror movie experience. There was no doubt that if she was the killer, she would have her fun for the pure essence of entertainment. Period. She watched with a heavy frown as they were all getting ready to leave. A loud snarl came from her, her body still leaning against the wall as she eyed them with the most murderous expression. Rather, as if they were all pathetic too. She had never wanted to smack them all as she did now. "So, you're ignoring the warning? Despite that we are Nobodies, and have powers, this is a serial killer. While they are disgusting, and evil, they have a genius and brilliant mind to accomplish things. As sick as it is. They find a way to get rid of us all." Her aqua eyes dilated to dots as she eyed them, raising her voice to a good volume for them to hear, since things have gotten quiet. "I've witnessed it. Everyone thinks it will be all dandy and fine, as we go and fix the lights and whatnot. And that's exactly what the serial killer is waiting for. For us to stupidly go and do it, and plunge to oblivion. Hell, he might be listening to this as we speak. Forget the damn lights for once, or find this guy and take him down, as Axel puts it so eloquently. The thing will not be found unless it wishes to. Let's just get the hell out of here and make an exit, and find outside sources to first get, for awhile, the lights back on to deal with the matters at hand. Or a source that the killer won't get his hands on and turn if off again. Then we can hunt for the serial killer as a whole group, instead of going separate ways. Exploring in the dark is basically signing your Will. I'm telling you people..."

She didn't know why she was bothering to explain this to a bunch of boulders. It was going to fall on deaf ears no matter what she spewed. She rolled her eyes, scoffing. Yeah. Why was she wasting her time? They outvoted her with the wrong decision on their parts. And really, why can't they learn things the hard way? "Actually, just go ahead and die, for all I care. Follow the flame head. I'm going to portal off to Twilight Town or somewhere else that fits my needs while you guys are dismembered one by one." She didn't want to go with them. But she was aware by the movies that being alone was just as ridiculous, and she'll be waving the red flag that way. Raising her arm, she began to create a portal, pondering if the serial killer would follow. They usually stay in one place and around the vicinity.

Xioimara looked up at Lexaeus as he approached her. He raised his hand to her and she flinched for a moment taking a step back. He lowered his hand. Xioimara relaxed and tensed once he grabbed her. She felt so... Insignificant... He put her down and turned and spoke to Lexaeus. Once he was done speaking Xioimara raised an eyebrow. Sure, he was stronger and could kill her if he so wished and Xioimara knew if she wanted to keep her dignity it'd be best to go along with it, but she didn't have nerve. Mostly thanks to Larxene. Xioimara looked up to her even thought Larxene barely spoke to her. "Uh," Xioimara started, her voice already had attitude about it. "Excuse me," She walked over by Marluxia and faced Lexaeus. "Not your choice! You may be stronger than me but if I don't want to go with you I don't have to to." She ranted, her pride starting to rise, "I don't even know what the hell is going on and if you really have the nerve to manhandle me AND try to get me to be a tracker you are seriously going to fail." She breathed, "I'm a free soul, maybe you should think again next time you try this against me." Xioimara was at the end of the rope with Lexaeus. She never spoke with him really but he did do this to her a lot, most of the time Xioimara would just stay quiet, but not in this case. Xioimara was about to go on once Larxene started to speak. Or rather, rant as well.

Xioimara was quickly catching on. Serial Killer was enough to explain what happened to her, "Whoa! Whoa...!" She narrowed her eyes and looked back at Lexaeus, "Serial killer?! Do not friggin' tell me you expect ME, of all people, to help YOU! And as far as things go we should have bigger priorities than "tracking", whatever happened to the saying, Women and children first?! What do I look like?!" She pointed to herself, and looked up, "Don't answer that." She knew the answer would be something offensive. She didn't want to be here either and was already siding with Larxene. She'd prefer to go with her. She pointed at Lexaeus, "You're such a poser!"

"Okay, Xioimara. He gets the point, he's a nice guy no need to go ranting about him to his face."
Xioimara looked at Xigbar as he approached her and titled her head to the side, "That's not true, just yesterday you said he was just a Big old Rockhe-" Xigbar covered Xioimara's mouth with his hand, "He's a good guy." Xigbar stated, taking his hand away from Xioimara's mouth. He was also catching on with what was happening. Larxene's small rant had been enough information. He wasn't too sure if he wanted to stay either. It didn't seem like the brightest of all ideas.

He had seen a deal of horror movies, all the same. It always had to do with gore, killers and most of the time sex also. He never really cared for them but now as it seemed, they were in a horror movie and stuck in the same place as the serial killers it seemed like a bad idea all together. But, with that being said they were after all the Organization, one serial killer against them wouldn't even be considered a fight, you'd think.

Anything was possible though. Killers, like Larxene had stated, are normally very clever. They know what they're doing. Prison systems were enough proof of that. Before this could go on any longer, he had high hopes that Xemnas would awake any second. Then they could really think of a good plan.

Lexeaus simply ignored Larxene, leaving her off to her own plans. He did not speak his oppinion, but at the time, he did not feel as if it was nescasary to voice how he felt. After all, Larxene DID have speed, so it came naturally to him to think that she would be the first to run.

When Xioimara began her rant though, and he heard the comment that she had mentioned about Xigbar's quote, he narrowed his eyes at the two. He walked up to the two, and first glared at Xigbar. The glared told him that he was not amused, and that he did not plan on being amused at any time soon. But then, something caught his ears. The word "poser", escaping from Xioimara's lips.

Before anyone would notice, with the swoop of his hand, Lexeaus swooped up Xioimara again, making certain not to let go as he kept a tight grip on her by wrapping his arm around her body. But what happend would shock almost anyone. For at that moment, Lexeaus began to tickle Xioimara, with merely one hand. His face was still blank, emotionless, as usual, and the glare has dissapeared as well. He knew well of her apparent weakness, and now with Xioimara weakend by the act, he walked over to Marluxia. "Let's go." He told him.
