Help Forum Problems

Okay, so when I try to go to The Code Vault when I'm logged in, it logs me out and I get ads, yet when I run the cursor over User CP, is says log out. So I click on it, and it takes me to a screen that says there's an error in trying to log out, and I'm logged back in. Yet, when I go back to The Code Vault, I'm logged back out again. Why is this?

 

Well...if the site lags heavily while loading, that could be why.
We've recently been having problems with that; sometimes the whole site goes down temporarily. If that's the case, you just have to wait until the site goes back to normal.
Though I'm not particularly an expert; you might get more help directly contacting one of the admins (Repliku or Roxasvsriku).

 

The forum, by default, automatically logs you out every 15 minutes. You can stop this by checking the 'Remember Me' box when you're logging in. Also, make sure cookies are enabled on your browser. If they are, you could try clearing them, then re-logging in and check the Remember Me box.

If the problem persists, the Admins may be able to do something about it.

Also, make sure you aren't on a proxy.
