Implemented Forum Moderators

I know I just made a suggestion this morning for an add-on, but while that one may be more of a preference / trivial thing, I really think this one is really useful.

The add-on screenshots are self explanatory on what it does. I'd personally disable displaying super moderators so only sections' moderators show -- otherwise, it will also list administrators and super moderators -- and go with the overlay listing so as to not clutter the discussion list.

The Staff Team page does show the forums each sectional moderator moderates, but it shows all sectional moderators and all forums they moderate, obviously, but if you're in The Spam Zone, for example, this add-on will show only those that are moderators there.

Thoughts?

 

I suppose this would help the newbloods out a lot. It might be a nice add-on to have.

Actually, this would be a nice add-on imo. I sometimes forget who's in charge of what board, and it makes getting in touch with specific sec mods faster and easier.

 

We had this sort of thing back on vBulletin and I found it extremely useful so I totally agree with this. I too sometimes forget who moderates where xD It will also help people get to grips with the different coloured names faster.

 

Ever run into some trouble, and don't know who to call? Well, now you can with this freshly installed add-on! Now you can view who mods what, and can be in easy contact with someone who can help you right off the bat!


I am well aware of the styling issue and it showing Super Moderators/Admins in the list. This will be fixed in due time, just try to be patient.

Update! After playing around a bit with the settings (aka unchecking two boxes in the ACP), I've got it down to a more streamlined & neater look.

Towards the top of the section, simply click on 'Forum Moderators'


...and it should pull up an overlay with the list of the people who mod that section.
