um I don't no if this is the right place to ask this but I'm starting my own forum thats strickly intended for people with disabilities and well I want to host it but I can't find a hosting site where I can host my forum without having start a new one like some hosting sites make you do. p.s. I'm looking for a hosting site thats free
Well, I don't know about a host that straight-up gives you a forum, but 000webhost will let you have a site on their server. After you sign up, you can install a forum to your site.

Not necessarily, the ones that do limit you are the ones like Invisionfree, that just set it up for you. It's a bit more complicated, but if you set it up yourself on a host like 000webhost you'll have a lot more freedom to do what you want with it. There are usually documentations on the forum's website as far as how to install it, I'd check them out if it's your first time doing something like this. I've done several successful installs of Wordpress on 000webhost without any prior experience, a forum software like phpbb should go just fine. :]
We made a pretty nice forum on forumotion.com But my friend set it up, so I can't tell you for sure how easy it is or how much freedom it gives you, but I was satisfied with it.
question um I installed my forum on 000webhost but my question is will my forum be hosted on the net after I did that or is there steps that I have to do before that happens?
It most likely will be. Just go to the subdomain they set up for you, the directory that you put the forum in, and then the 'index.php' file.
You must tell google and other search engines to index it. Keep sending them requests every 2 days. Some search engines will throw out alot of applications for free sites (I know google is picky).
Sorry for the bump and all but I think it should be worth while, I remember this :] Anyways, ya, forumotion.com is one of the best free forum hosting sites around...and there are A LOT of things that you can customize and all and it is extreamely flexible with that...but if you already installed something, then nevermind :]
actualy ya I allready creeated a forum with createforum.net and I allready hosted it so ya sorry but your a little to late.
