Kingdom Hearts II form leveling?

what forms level in what ways?
i just started kh2 over and i forgot. could somebody tell me how the forms get get so i can grind them?

 

Valor - For ever 1 damage you get 1 exp
Wisdom - 1 exp per heartless kill
Master - For every drive orb you get during Master, small drive orbs are 1 exp, large orbs are 3.
Final - 1 exp per nobody kill.

Valor-Per every hit, you get one point. Total points (up to level 7) is 2500 (Can weild 2 keyblades, no magic, fighting based.) (Growth Ability: High Jump

Wisdom- Per every heartless kill, you get one point. Total points (up to level 7 ) is (I think,) 1500 (I'll check when im home) (1 keyblade used, magic based, shooting orbs as main attack) (Growth Ability: Quick Run (Sort of a dash)

Limit- Per every limit performed(Final Reaction Command), (ones from KH1, Sonic, Ars Arcanum, Strike Raid, Ragnarok) you get one point. Total points up to lv 7, is 500 (I think,) (1 Keyblade used, guard possible, based on KH1 Sora, magic replaced by limits, Finishers from KH1FM+) (Growth Ability: Dodge Roll)

Master- Per every drive orb (Yellow ones that increase your drive, small ones give 1 point, big ones give 3 points). Total points (up to lv 7) is (I think) 3000 or 2500. (Growth Ability: Aerial Dodge allows a second jump. While spinning, you are invincible.

Final- Per every nobody killed, you get one point. Total Points (up to level 7) is the same as wisdom (I think,) so 1500. (can weild 2 keyblades, Main form is gliding. (Growth Ability : Glide)

Anti-No leveling up. Activate by driving into Valor-Master constantly. Chance increases (like 3x) if you're fighting with a XIII Member. Uses no keyblade, feral like attacks. Growth Ability: Don't know what's it called, press square for it, and he'll glide away from the enemy, then to it.

An easy way to level up forms is to find a spot where there are enemies near a save point. if you activate a form, and then go to a save point while on said form and get on the gummi ship, you gauge automatically fills up. so just go get exp while in the form and go the gummi ship before it runs out. helps a lot.
