    It's advertising it's not allowed, but talking about how awesome it is, is ok. Just no links. (youtube ones ok)

    After effects is no replacement for the likes of Vegas or Premiere, but a great addition to video editting, use a main video editting software for the main editting and use after effects for the more complicated effects in post production.
