Pffft, Finns created everything there is to know of common sense long before the Americans had their independence! Finns just used common sense and decided not to let anyone else know about common sense.​

No it's not, and usually governments (I hate the spelling of this word) use it as a last resort. It's easier to get back to a steadier economy after an inflation, rather than after a deflation... and something *zoned out at this point of the class* ​
