I agree, Sora March. It's the 20st century, and women are just as entitled to ask men out, and I'd also like to add that guys don't have to pay for everything, though its a nice gesture of chivalry.
I've been single since I graduated high-school, but I've dated for the past three years. Having a boyfriend is a huge commitment to me, and I haven't found anyone who I've wanted to be with in that way. Low exposure to quality men + high standards = me single.

 

Because when it comes time for Lonely Hearts Awareness Day (aka Valentine's Day), you get to do anything/everything possible to break up the current couples and/or play tricks on them.

 

Relationships only tie me down, I prefer to be my own career-obsessed, money-hungry, unnecessary vitamin supplement addicted, one-night-stand hunting, stone-cold yuppie self who wears a suit to quality raves and takes shots of Disaronno just to live through the day.

–Because I want to be single
–I'm not that in to any of the guys I know, and because I'm too shy to go up to people I barely know
–Because I don't consider a internet-relationship a real relationship most of the time. (unless if someone's boyfriend had to go to the other side of the world, and the internet would be the easiest way of staying connected)
–Because my dad would violently castrate any male that looked at me the wrong way, and my sisters would annoy the guy to death

I had to add: I hang around with girls, but, most of them I wouldn't/shouldn't/couldn't date. My friends date around, and then break up at the end of the week. This weeks relationship: Trey, a friend of mine, dating my friend Kyle's ex, Britanny. She needs a rebound boy.

Lol same here. i used to hang out with boys but I would never date them. Anyways, nothing happens around my school, sometimes you just see cobwebs and tumbleweeds in the gossip corner. But there has been talk about me and this other guy going out. Fcuk its annoying, and he's actually completel stopped talking to me. Yep, single and proud.
