I'm thinking about it. If I do, it'll be to the same username I publish fanfic under, so I'm not sure if that's a good idea or a bad one. Plus, I'll be stuck with it for a very very long time.

Why not just reply to everyone in this forum and you'll get it?

 

I was lucky enough to pick a good username that lasted me till Prem. Make sure it's something you wouldn't mind having for awhile. You could also not change your name and just wait until you find something you'd really like. It's not required for you to use it right away.

You have to make posts in areas where posts count. And they have to be actual posts.

 

A part of me was going to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he meant the forum as a whole ... but he said 'in this forum' instead of 'on this forum' so I was like "No way."

I'm gonna hold you to that, as I plan to be a freelance writer, and although I'm more planning to write for movies, I'll need to start somewhere. XD

 

I've been able to change my name for at least a year. Probably two. And I haven't. So there is absolutely no pressure to change it anytime soon.

You're allowed to get your name changed back to normal before Premmyhood. At least you could time when I became a 300ier.
