Glue some chess pieces to a chessboard, hide it in a trenchcoat, then get it out when you start approaching the camera. Be amazed at the awesome photo you get from it and then e-mail it to rmunroe@gmail.com.

I'm not an adrenaline druggy, but I will go on some roller coasters.

I love roller coasters. Strangely, it has helped me overcome my fear of heights when I was a kid.

    I love roller coasters.

My favorite is Apollo's Chariot in Busch Gardens, VA. (for those who care)

As I said, I've never ridden one, so the only tip I guess I know is to go on it on an empty stomach.

The fair we have in late August - early September here has a few, I think, but we stopped going because it was just the same rides and whatnot.

Hot damn, that was a great one.

My favorite would have to be the Rock-It at Universal Studios. Friggen' 90 degree turn parallel from the ground.

I never had a problem with that before, even when I just started riding them, but if you feel like that would help then it certainly couldn't hurt.

I've only every been to Busch Gardens Va and Kings Dominion and between the two parks I've ridden everything. I really want to go to some other parks to ride some new rides.

Hm. Well, how bad is the nausea? Is it throwing up bad like I see in RollerCoaster Tycoon or just dizziness or something?

RollerCoaster Tycoon is a video game. Generally, video games exaggerate things like that.

    So there's no vomiting?

That depends. Does a 19/20 chance of not vomiting count as no vomiting in your book?

But you just said RCT exaggerates it.

It does. Vomiting during or after a ride on roller coaster is not nearly as common as Roller Coaster Tycoon makes it seem. That does not mean that it doesn't happen.

I guess the videos I posted here do pretty much state that.

I absolutely love rollercoaster, especially Kingda Ka, the tallest, and fastest rollercoaster in the world, at Six Flags Great Adventure.

I never plan to ride anything more than a carnival/fair ride. Those roller coasters . . . I don't like them. This pony doesn't have wings, so the ground is perfectly fine with me.
