Hmm...to me it feels somewhat...incomplete? I really can't place my finger on what, but it feels like it's missing something.

The flow feels a bit all over the place, since you placed those lines to one side, and some effects on venom to another side. I'm kind of so-so on the text. The lightning is pretty good. I'd like to know how you did the light.

I quite like it. The color scheme works well with the sprite, which I believe is from Marvel vs. Capcom 2, no? Everything is done well. Nice work.

Circle Fuzzy (19) brush on 5.21 scale in Dodge mode for the Airbrush tool. Hold it for about two seconds when applying the brush. Don't move it.

Now, I'm in the school of thought that tags don't need flow but this is the exception.
Sprite tags live on flow. They need it to survive. That's step one.

Other than that, I like where this is headed but it does seem incomplete to me as well.

I do like your text, it just needs a little work.

tl;dr get back in the lab =P

Like Chev said, it feels a little incomplete. Maybe its because the sig size itself is too big for the render so there's more to fill out? I dunno. Lighting is good though, and I like the text, not a lot, but I do like it. Good job, but I think it needs something else...
