    Yeah, I know, it's not that good. But, CnC so I know what to do better. I really wanna get better at this. But, take in consideration that I only have Photoshop Elements 2.0, and I'm in no financial position to buy any upgrades or new programs.

    Yeah, I put up the original. I used lens flare, added noise, sharpened the edges, used the lowest blur setting, and changed the contrast.

    No flames, please. I just wanna know how to do this better.

    Well try adding a few colors with your effects.Then it'll look a bit better.
