    More oval shaped head, smaller eyes, and more detail and it will be good

    Make the neck, legs, and arms skinnier and the head more oval shaped and eyes smaller and then the hands could be a bit more detailed including the clothes and then you'll be okay.

    I haven't seen you in a while now.

    Overall, you need some changes but you're okay.

    Better then my first actually lol. I would actually make the eyes bigger lol. The head and the body should be close to the same size with the body being a little bigger if you want the super deformed chibi. You dont really need detail in a chibi, try clumping the hair more. If you need any more help try and how to draw manga book, they usually have chibi in there
