i like it,although the spots set on diff i assume dont look that good.the checkered pattern feels out of place for me.the left buttom is creative and the blue color scheme is nice.good job.
Eh I have to agree with Eclipse about the dots. I don't really like how they look there. The checkered pattern feels like it shouldn't be there. More like, out of place. Master Chief seems a little hard to find. The bottom left i think could have done with a little less blurring but it still looks pretty good. The right feels like its missing something. I don't think this is your best but eh, I've certanly seen better from you, I just don't like this one that much =/. Overall, its good, nice color scheme and all. Just some minor adjustments to work out and it'll look better.

Version two is better, no checkerboard, like ecplise said is out of place and i see youfixed it, good job! i still give it a 10/10
