Shuri watched, noticing her obvious nervousness in an instant. Of course, she naturally had no idea as to why anyone was like this around her, never noting the fact that she had a rather tough aura around her. "Hello. I am well, thank you." It took her a moment to analyze the girl, calculating a few things in her head about her. "I see that you have enjoyed watching us up here. Not that I fully understand as to why but I have brought it upon myself that I could possibly teach you to handle a weapon of your own." Finally finishing up her thoughts, she stood up, resting her sniper against the wall.

"I have decided that you cannot just yet handle a gun such as this, also coming to the fact that we do not have anymore guns around here." She bent down, gathering her bow and arrows and presenting them to Natalie. "Instead, I will teach you to shoot with this. If you would like to, that is. It is good for everyone to have at least one skill. And you have the possibility to handle a bow more than you can a gun. At least for now." She extended the items over to her, waiting patiently for her to grab them. As much as she didn't really favor interacting with people, it was still essential for everyone to have some sort of useful ability in killing. Even if she had to teach her to do so on her own.

"And one more thing, I apologize if this seems rude, but I would like to request to know your name. If I am to teach you, I would like to be able to call you something other than 'girl'."

"I see that you have enjoyed watching us up here. Not that I fully understand as to why but I have brought it upon myself that I could possibly teach you to handle a weapon of your own." Natalie's eyes shimmered with delight at the sound of Shuri's words. Was this a joke? She really hoped not.

    "R-really?" she asked enthusiastically.

At least for now."

Nat jumped to her feet and took the bow and arrows from Shuri. Her hands shook as took the weapon. It wasn't a gun, but at least it was something. It was better than keeping the knife Mare gave her all the time. She gazed at the objects in wonderment. She was really going to learn something, something important. Natalie was in so much awe she almost missed what the other girl said.

"And one more thing, I apologize if this seems rude, but I would like to request to know your name. If I am to teach you, I would like to be able to call you something other than 'girl'."

Wait, what? She didn't...she didn't know her name? Natalie looked up at her blankly. "You...you don't...know my name?" She blinked twice before speaking again. "It's Natalie, or Nat, whichever you prefer."

"I have not made it my point here to get to know the others who find security and shelter in this place. If I were to have the choice, I would have very much preferred to leave long ago, along with my brother." Shuri looked back to her, not fully understand how enthusiastic she was getting about this. But she wasn't going to complain about the feeling of others. She had enough of her own to deal with for now. One of these days for sure, she was going to break from them. Nothing really was holding her here besides the ever so worrisome Syusuke who watched over these people. Not that she didn't respect that.

"Well then. I apologize again, Natalie. And with that being said, allow us to get started." Shuri nodded to her before turning around and walking over to another wall. She didn't want the arrows flying anywhere and hitting people. As much as she didn't really care much for these people, she didn't want to accidently kill them. Syusuke really wouldn't like that and she knew he'd likely blame her as opposed to her trainee.

Finding a good spot for practice, she stood still, looking up into the sky as she waited for Natalie to come. It looked like it was getting ready to rain, meaning they wouldn't have a lot of time for this. None of them could afford another person getting sick in the group. They were so low on supplies already despite the fact that her and her brother had found some.

Syusuke stepped out of the room, allowing the leaders to talk amongst each other. Even if he had stayed to listen, he knew he'd not have much to say or add in order to help. Although he was considered a genius at times, medicine was all he really cared to know about. It was his only passion. He let out a long sigh, deciding to go wash his hands of the powder he had collected from the gloves.

Shuri apologized for not knowing her name, then moved across the rooftop to a vacant wall. Natalie followed after, bow and arrow in tow. She had never done archery before and the idea thrilled her. Watching the other girl glance upwards, she did the same. Rain. They wouldn't have much time to practice. That was disappointing. The young girl would love to spend the entire rest of the day out there practicing-- not that there was much day left, but still--, but the rain would not permit. Hopefully, it would at least hold off long enough for them to acquire some basics.

Basics were good. Basics were important. Everyone needed the fundamentals, even her. Natalie smiled enthusiastically at Shuri and stopped beside her. She would be pro at this and anything else they gave her. It was her goal. The child wanted to prove to everyone that she indeed had worth. Sitting around the bunker day in and day out wasn't enough. She just appeared to be a liability, dead weight. She was always someone they needed to worry about protecting, that couldn't contribute. Natalie didn't want to be that person. She would never dare share that feeling with anyone, except maybe Marissa, because they wouldn't understand.

"What first?" She asked. Hopefully Shuri wouldn't be one of those people that never actually let her try shooting her first time out. That was annoying. Basics were good, but when you never got to perform the required task, it was lame. Sure, there was probably lots for her to learn in order to do a good job, but that didn't mean Shuri couldn't just walk her through it as they went along. None of that: "Today you'll learn the proper stances, tomorrow the correct way to hold the bow, the day after- various types of arrows, then maybe next week some time you will be allowed to finally shoot." That would be annoying, to say the least.

Taking another break from looking out, Alex placed his gun by his side. Sure being a sniper had it's perks, but just like fishing, there was a lot of patience involved. That was about when he noticed Nat up there with them. And it wasn't long after that before he made her way towards Shuri. Since he was on a break he decided to occasionally glance in that direction. What he guess was that Shuri was giving her a weapon of her own. Not that he had anything against it. After all, it was up to Grey to make the final call about Nat using a weapon.

Shuri watched the cloud for a moment longer, trying to time how long they may possible have for this lesson. She'd like as much time as possible since she didn't really have much time to be training others. But everyone needed to be taught something, or else there'd be too many people who were just mooching if nothing else. She wasn't about to have that. Not that she really considered Natalie to be one in the first place of course. She was still young and she knew that nobody would possibly teach her. She too had to deal with the same issue until she put her foot down and proved that she could do things.

Eventually she looked down, collecting the rest of her thoughts as she turned to look back at Natalie. She didn't really look like much of a fighter but she was sure she had enough arm strength in her to be able to hand her bow. It was a recurve anyways, the beginners one which was the only one she found. "Alright. First things first, and I know you must be anxious to get started on shooting. But before you can do that, allow me to give you a quick demonstration." Walking over, she took the bow and arrow from her gently as to not to be rude before walking back.

Shuri positioned herself before noticing Alex looking over towards them, possibly more towards Natalie whom she was sure he knew more. But she didn't mind it much, having gotten used to people watching her back in her time at the camp. She then put her attention back into the lesson, not wanting to delay much more time. "It is important for you to pay attention to my stance. I will explain it in more detail when I give you the bow. For now, just watch me."

Taking one of her arrows, she arched her arm back and shot it into the wall with focus and precision. Putting the bow back down, she looked back to her, extending the bow once more. "Here. Now it is your turn to show me what you may have learned by just watching. Then, the lesson will begin."

Natalie watched Shuri in wide-eyed wonderment. The way she handled the bow and the flawless precision of the arrow was amazing. Her eyes sparkled as she followed it to the the designated target. Shuri was amazing. There was no doubt about that. Could she ever do that good of a job? She felt Alex's watchful gaze on the back of her neck, but did her best to ignore it. No distractions. It was going to be hard enough the way it was. Shuri handed the bow back to her and she balanced it in her hand carefully, too afraid of dropping it.

"Here. Now it is your turn to show me what you may have learned by just watching. Then, the lesson will begin." Shuri said as Natalie lifted the bow upwards. Was she doing it right? She didn't want to do it wrong. When the center of the bow was lifted approximitely parallel to her shoulders, Nat felt just how heavy the weapon actually was. It wasn't until her arms were fully outstretched that the entire weight of the bow became present. It wasn't a large one, per se, but with her being so small, it seemed difficult. She spread her legs apart slightly, gaining a better balance, and knocked the arrow into the bow, resting the tail on her cheek.

    "Like this?" she asked awkwardly.

"I am only observing you at this moment. It is up to you to decided weather or not it is correct from what you have seen me do." Shuri nodded to her, watching carefully to see what mistakes she needed to work on. It didn't seem like she was doing too bad for a first timer and either way, she really didn't expect to see any perfection starting off. After all, she didn't have it perfect when she first started either so she couldn't judge much. "Just try keeping calm and take it slow if you need too. I know we may be a bit pressed for time due to the coming rain but do not allow it to get to your head. It is best you take it slow and understand rather than you speeding through the process."

She took a step further back, being cautious in case the arrow may end up hitting the wall incorrectly and end up changing directions. Last thing she wanted was to get hurt by a mere practice shot as this. Though she had been hit a few times before, she didn't want to have to worry her brother and have him giving her too much medical attention. He would panic even if she scrapped her knee as a child. She couldn't imagine what he'd be like if she were to gt hit by such a weapon.

"Shoot whenever you are ready. Take all the time you need." Shuri assured her again, crossing her arms and watching her carefully as she waited for the young girl to finally try. She just hoped it wouldn't be too much longer.

OCC: By the way, Maka said she wasn't going to be returning to KHV. So I'm not sure what it is that you all wanted to do in the rp.

OOC: Sorry to do this guys, but too much is happening in my life and I will not be here. Nor do I think I would be appreciated being here in the first place. I'll try to not make more RPs in the future and just end it like this again... Sorry everyone.
