So therefore Bayonetta is better than Final Fantasy XIII. I don't really trust Famitsu reviews since Final Fantasy XII scored a perfect 40/40.

It's hard to take them serious.
They gave FFXII a perfect score.

 

At least of two of those reviews found things they didn't like, but still gave it a perfect score.

Lol, reviews. Who cares what score it gets as long as it entertains how the player wants.

I don't give a rats ass what score it gets, I'm still going to play it. But lol at Mario Bros getting a perfect score.

 

The point is it has fantastic graphics, amazing gameplay and story. What else do you need?

 

Yeah, but I mainly posted this just to see some sort of reaction of nerd-raging. But I guess not (thankfully).

Anyway, I hope that the English Version doesn't ruin the quality the Japanese version has to offer ('specially the 360 release, since that's the platform I'm opt to get the game on anyway.)

If the extras are decent enough I may splash the cash. If it's a Potion bottle or some type of item, I won't bother, I have enough clutter.

Sounds... obvious. We all knew it was coming but it depends on what it is that'll make me buy it. I've not got any special items since FFXII when I got the choice of a free map or poster for buying it at Gamestation. If it's some sort of item, mini plastic thing or a shit load of art/sound stuff I'll probably think of getting it. I love random shit, I have a room full of it.

 

Dissidia had a very good Limited Edition; mini ost, a wee art book and other wee bits and peices. SE has done a lot to advertise this game, and they have released good limited editions, so i'm expecting something special. Nothing huge like free statue (like some games have), but something nice.

 

And this is without the Lightning bundles.

1 million? I was kind of hoping for more, as in Modern Warfare 2 sales but this is fine as well. Now only to wait another 2 or so months for this game. How much did Dragon Quest IX sell first day?

 

Well considering it was only released in Japan, are you kidding me with MW2 sales? >_> This isn't the second coming of Jesus or something.
DQIX sold 3 million on it's first day.
Consider this, PS3 has about 4 millions users in Japan.
DS has about 28-29 millions DS users in Japan. (So say about 26-27 million when DQIX was released)

Anyway, nothing can touch MW2's sales.
FPS games are much, much more of a casual this gen.

Wasn't MW2 a world-wide release? xD A million+ copies in a day is excellent. Not to mention they haven't included the sales for the PS3 console edition.
