Yes! For the love of God, yes! FFXII made me want to throw my controller at the screen for the sheer redundancy of the beastiary.

Sounds really good; the idea of random soldiers having a 'background story' of sorts is very cool. I'm definitely looking forward to the Fabula Nova Crystallis even more.

 

I personally can't wait to play this game.

 

I can. It's probably going to be bad.

Just the fact that they aren't using a fully turn-based battle system annoys me.

 

I like the old school style of battle system, but it's past it's time, 20 years or so of turn based gets old after a while, it's been done to death, it needs to move on, and SE did that with FFXII and it worked very well. RPG's are evolving and SE are leading the charge and i'm all for it.

This new battle system looks interesting lets hope it's not all flash and has substance.

ffXII wasn't that bad. i still never finished the ENTIRE game. i beat the main story, collected the espers, beat omega mark XII, and most of the marks. yiazmat is my only problem.

ffXIII looks really good, more gun weapons, and other stuff. doesn't the girl with the guns remind you of yuna from ffx-2? i hope the story goes well too. gotta have a good story and good enemies.

It might as well end up false, but I want to believe this rumor so bad :)

Well the graphics are amazing that's for sure. But that's all i really can say as there isn't much info on it except that there a woman is in it called Lightning & a very tall man.

I can't say i'm surprised by this, games are usually pushed back. I would be surprised if it wasn't.

That's what Square's planning. They're giving everyone time to get a PS3 and then they start releasing games when they think it has enough people buying it.

maybe if the price goes down more for the PS3, I can get one in time for FFXIII...>_>
