Square-Enix Final Fantasy XIII-2?

He could have been a Dragoon next to Fang, but his massive Soul Edge-like sword kinda chucked that idea out of the window. And he really hates Noel, doesn't he?
Even with my dislike of Noel, I think even that was a bit much during the end of the XBOX trailer. Ah well, at least Noel's forced wink came out of it.

I haven't really kept up with the news of this game, but my God, seeing those trailers just made me yell out so many things. << I don't really have much to say to it, but I do want this game. I think I can already tell it'll mind blow people, it sure as hell did with just the trailer. >> The second video especially. >< I really like Noel. ;_;

Another thing, Hope's voice is just horrible. First time he spoke, it just...no. Second time was okay but not the first time. It's too deep. ._.

 

Is it still Vincent Martella? I can't even tell anymore, it is too deep.

Second time definately is him, sounds exactly like XIII.

 

Aye, it's the same guy. The only part that sounded weird to me was when you first hear him as an adult, he sounds completely different.

We got a Famitsu update, alongside a bit of bonus news for Versus XIII.

- XBOX 360 will have one disc (has same amount of content as XIII)
- TGS Trailer showed a 24-year old Hope, now in charge of a scientific investigation group
- Noel is having some memory problems
- The black smoke seen in trailers are known as "Chaos"
- XIII-2 will have some extreme scenes but not at the same level of Final Fantasy Type-0 [Final Fantasy Agito XIII]
- There won't be much of a demerit if you fail a Quick Time Event
- You can switch your controlled character around during battle - if the party leader dies, there WON'T be a Game Over

 

I guess it's normal Noel is having memory breakdown, the future he's from is being changed, and so his past is little by little changing too.
But 24 years old Hope, the hell?

 

Hope is 24 years old? What the heck? How much time is inbetween this and the first game?

 

There was a lot of confusion about the time gap between XIII and XIII-2. I guess using the Historia Crux you can jump into any time period.

 

5 + Time Travel

Actually, you can't travel to the events before Cocoon's Fall it seems.
The maps showed AF003(Was it?), AF005 and AF300 only in the options. There was also a blank option, but it's likely not important.

 

Is it Kaias or Caius? Or Yuru or Paddra Nsu-Yeul?

I have no idea, I'm used to calling them Kaias and Yuru.

 

I've only ever seen them referred to as Kaias and Yuru.
