    I suck at that game!
I died after I went looking for the crazy tomato thingy!
I HATE THAT GAME!!! *Glares at FFXII box*
Does anyone on here ACTUALLY LIKE that game?
It's so SLOOOOOOOOOOOW when they fight, it's like "COME ON, DUDE, KILL THE MONSTER! DON'T JUST STAND THERE! KILL IT!!!".
I was so frustrated I told my mom she could sell it on eBay but then I took it back.

FF games aren't supposed to be pretty easy. That's why they have level grinding XD

FFXII fails in the storyline and character development department.

I praise the voice-overs and the gameplay (even if all it looked like was a simple rehash of FFXI's, hell they didn't even bother to change the Mandragora sprites. I swear to god I felt like I was back in that MMORPG when I first saw them), however other than that, this game is probably one of the most overhyped RPGs I've ever seen. No idea how it got RPG of the year on gametrailers.

The game's transition felt like this to me:
Nice 5 minute cutscene >> 10 hour redundant hack and slash dungeon >> Nice minute cutscene >> 15 hour redundant hack and slash dungeon

45 hours later: Ending credits roll.

Characters were shallow, stagnant and undeveloped, poorly paced story, loads of potential were just left to crash and burn as the game went on. A huge disappointment for me. Oh, and Penelo had absolutely no purpose being there. Vaan too, quite frankly.

The last good RPG Square made for the FF series was still FFX, and that was what, 6 years ago?

FFXIII better not disappoint or I'm going to be one sad FF fan.

For one, I agree. The characters were made very shallow and the gameplay sometimes got to me. FFX is still my top, 7 coming in after.

I find it to be a great challenging game (despite being stuck on Ahriman at the moment >.<) although what the above two guys have said are right the characters were lacking quite a bit. The storyline is alright and the graphics are spectacular but I still have FFX at the top with characters and storyline (Auron Pwns all).

i've definently played better..and worse FF's, it needed some serious storyline and character development but it had it's perks, still fails as an FF game though, 9 is still my personal fav closely followed by 10.

I like FFXII.It's a pretty cool game.At first I thought:This must be the worst FF ever, and I was really bored. But it turned out to be a really nice game.Especially the hunting game and trying to find all the Espers were really challenging. However I didn't like too much the story.

Wow , I killed the rouge tomato already , now I am on the part when Vaan and the others try to escape from prison . Those darn mimics keep killing me .

I say Final Fantasy 7 and all the games that complete the story line is the King of all Final Fantasy games.
