Final Fantasy X: Forgotten Answers

"You truly are culeless." She said to him. "Are you sure it's just your memory that's the problem?" She looked at Yuna, who was speaking with the elders.

 

OOC: Tsubaki's in control of Lulu, we wouldn't want her to feel unhappy we're controlling her character all the time so i'll let it slide but I'll give Tsubaki 3 days to reply.

"I...uh..." Tidus started to say but he had no response as Dean crossed his arms. "I heard about this from Yuna once but the 'Sending' is a ritual to honor the dead and send those souls who died to the Farplane to save them from becoming fiends in this world." Dean said as Tidus looked at him. "Summoners do this?" eh asked him as Dean turned his head slightly.

"Yeah...it's a part of Yuna's training, it's a sad role but someone must do it." He answered before staring back at Yuna.

 

Yuna did the prayer and Kimahri gave her her staff. Barefoot, she stepped out into the water, walking upon the surface. Once she was far enough, Yuna looked around at the bodies with sadness. With a deep breath, she began to dance against the light of the setting sun.

 

Tidus watched the dance, he was amazed but felt sad watching it at the same time as some citizens were crying as suddenly the orange flames turned blue as Tidus looked briefly at it before turning back to Yuna, he checked Lulu's expression which didn't give anythign away and Dean's was not see since he was in front near the viliagers.

 

As Yuna danced, pyreflies flew up from the bodies, surrounding her. Yuna just continued her dance, tears falling down her face. Kimahri watched her, no emotion in his face.

 

Tidus was amazed as the water rising from the pryeflies but he knew one thing. "I don't want to see this ever again..." He thought to himself

 

The water became a fountain as Yuna danced, supporting her weight. Pyreflies continue to float and surround her, but Yuna was focused on sending the departed to the Farplane. A brown haired Al Bhed was watching the sending from the crowd.

 

Tidus was surprised at the fountain arsing but he didn't say anything as he saw the pryeflies lead off into the distance as Yuna was returning and Dean uncrossed his arms.. "Not to mention Yuna will keep doing this until the end." He answered and Tidus was confused. "The end? What's the end?" Tidus asked as he felt villager's stare at him for asking a strange at him as Dean turned his head, his eyes staring at him. "Until she defeats Sin." He answered as he noticed Yuna was returning.

 

"I hope......" she said, her voice shaking. "I hope I did okay."

 

Dean just smiled. "You did great Yuna, but don't cry next time hm?" He suggested to her as Lulu was petting her.

 

Yuna nodded and smiled. "Hopefully, they have reached the Farplane safely."

 

"They probabaly have..." Dean started to say as Tidus turned away, it was getting late so he headed to the inn for rest.

 

Yuna followed everyone and went to the resting room of the inn, staring into the fireplace.

 

Dean leant into his seat, Wakka prefered he was away from Yuna and other people as Tidus spoke. "Hey...why does Wakka stay away from you?" He asked curiously as Dean looked at him.

"It's what I wield in combat, he says their against the teachings of Yevon." He asnwered as Tidus was confused. "I can't explain it to you because I don't even know either, like I said, I only know my name and how to use my weapons." He continued as Tidus looked at him. "Do you...hate it? Not knowing who you are?" He asked him as Dean leaned back into the comfort of his seat.

"It's frustating at times but who knows, maybe forgetting who I was before is good sign or a bad sign, that's why I left Besaid Island, even though I'm not a Guardian to a Summoner, maybe I'll leave on my own course after Luca." He said as Tidus thought about it, they were in similar situations.

"Uh huh...anyway, night." Tidus said and hit the bed as Dean sighed and looked out.

 

"Dean........" Yuna looked at him. "Do you believe that Tidus is from Zanarkand?"

 

Dean looked at Yuna at the sound of her question as he thought about it. "Well, I honestly dont' know about Zanarkand but if it exists in this world, he can go home." He said with honest words before staring at her. "But the best chance I think for him is become your Guardian, he's a quick learner against fiends, and you and I both know Wakka would accept him since he prefered if I wasnt around." He said to her.

 

"Wakka would probably disagree with me on this, but I want you around as well as Tidus." She said. "Maybe you can figure who you were if you're with me."

 

Dean's eys had widened in surprise. "I guess it's true if I went you, but it's probably best to hold that off until we hit Luca, it's a fairly large place so I think me and Tidus might know someone there." He suggested and looked at her. ""Why do you want us beside you Yuna?"" He asked her

 

"I have a feeling that you two are sent here for a reason and we can find that reason on this pilgrimage. Well, goodnight." Yuna got up and left.

 

"Good night Yuna." He said and closed his eyes to slept in the chair.
