Final Fantasy X: Eternity's Cycle

"So someone is in there somewhere, and they haven't come out. Right, I got it." Tidus said. "... Is it particularly dangerous in there?" He saw Wakka nod. "Why don't you go in and help?" he asked. Wakka then explained that it was forbidden. Tidus ran up part of the stairs."But what if the summoner dies? What if something happens?"

"The precepts must be obeyed!" said the priest.

"Like I care!" Tidus said, running into the Cloister of Trials.

 

Wakka was surprised Tidus suddenly charged in and he put a hand to his forehead and followed teh Youth in, surprised Tidus actually managed to finish the Trial relatively qick, perhaps it owed to his mastery of Blitzball or training but as soon a she finsihed it, he spoke up.

""Hey!" That got Tidus's attention. "What's gotten into you?" He asked him but noted Tidus's expression was like he was being told off. "Hey, it's okay. Only summoners, apprentice summoners, and their guardians can enter here." He said and stood beside him on the platform "It's a tradition. Very important." as the youth aske dhim what eh was.

"Me, I'm a Guardian" He said a steh platform descended and he heard Tidus question what that was. "Summoners go on a pilgrimage to pray at every temple in Spira. Guardians protect them." he explained a sthe platform reached it's destination
"The guardians in there now... One of them's got a short fuse, and who knows what the other's thinking." he said rather nervously, rubbing his hair and removed his hand. "Well, now that we've come this far... might as well go all the way!" he said and walked to the next room with Tidus following behind.

In the room were two other occupants, a ROnso witha broken horn and blakc haired woman with wore a dress that deemed to somehow, ahve way too many belts.

 

Out of the guardians, the woman was the only one who spoke. "What are you doing here? Didn't think we'd be able to handle it?" she asked fiercely.

Tidus saw that Wakka had the same expression that he had when he thought Wakka was telling him off.

"Is the summoner alright?" Tidus asked.

"Who are you?" the woman asked. Suddenly, the doors opened.

 

When the doors opened, it revealed that the summoner who was praying was a young woman. She wore a kimono styled outfit, the top half was white aside the pink on the sleeves and held in place by the yellow sash around her waist. The bottom half simply consisted of a purple skirt and black boots. She seemed exhausted as she calmly walked out of the room which the doors had concealed when closed. As she moved, the only noise came from her earring and beads on the sash

She began to fall after she took a few steps, quickly the Ronso grabbed her and cradled her in his paw-like hands. The woman reassured the Ronso she was alright and stood up, putting her hands behind her neck and into her brown hair. She tossed it as to fix it, she opened her eyes and smiled. What would surprise Tidus was that her eyes were two different colors, her left eye was blue while her right eye was green. She proudly proclaimed, though still sounding a bit hesitant, "I've done it. I have become a summoner!"
