final fantasy X-3:Sin returns

"I'm sixteen. But it's my birthday tomorrow..." She replied quietly

 

"cool... im 17, just turned 17 a couple of days ago" he said and continued whittling

 

"I was hoping to spend it with my family... Looks like that's not possible anymore..."

 

"yes that is the wonderous bliss taht Sin brings isn't it?" nate said sarcastically

 

"Yeah..." Sukai nodded as a single tear fell down her face, soon followed by another from her other watering saphire eye.

 

"hey, don't worry about it, they will no doubt, get properly sent, the people who died" Nate said sympathetically to her, thinking that her family died

 

"They shouldn't have to be! They shouldn't of died! They weren't hurting anyone, nor was anyone else who died today!" She cried. Her tears falling heavier and faster, splattering on to the floor below. Before Sukai herself slowly slid down the wall behind her, sobbing.

 

Nate looked at her sadly thinking of his real parents..."yeah, im sorry, i know how you feel but you gotta pull through"

 

"There's no point..." She mumbled. Hugging her legs close to her as she sat on the floor, leaning her head against the wall so her long platinum blonde hair was wraped around her shoulders and her fringe covering her crying eyes.

 

"please don't cry that makes me feel guilty" he said sadly

 

"Sorry..." She mumbled trying to brush her tears away, but more came to take their places.

 

Nate got a peice of clothe and gave it to her, "here"

 

"Thanks..." She said taking it and trying to dry her tears with it."Sorry..."

 

"it's no prob, i guess, it takes a while to recover from losing people you love.... take your time..."

 

"Thanks..." She smiled sadly as she looked up at him.

 

Nate just smiled and sat opposite of her and started to whittle again.

 

"So..." Sukai started in an attempt to change the subject "What you doing?"

 

"just whittling...." he said while whittling on the peice of wood.

 

"Oh..." She sighed, she'd hoped she'd found something to talk about then.

 

"yeah.... so... you do a lot of magic?"
