Final Fantasy X-2: Resolved Dreams

Yuna nodded and said, "But we have to show him that Aqua is okay and tell him the words that Lenne meant to tell him." Just then, Yuna began to wonder he ever heard her words two years ago as he faded away and gripped the necklace. "I wonder if becoming a sphere hunter was a good choice for me."

 

Deanlooked at her and noticed her movements. "That is the past, you chose to become a Sphere Hunter for your own reasons and also, the belief in why you become one that drives you forward, no-one's lives are determined, only the peopel themselves can change their lives for the better or the worse and maybe, just maybe, that choice could reach another person and so on, perhaps it'll bring you closer to what you want in your life." Dean explained and breathed.

"But never look back on the choices you made in the past, you chose that choice because you believed in yourself."

 

"Dean........ You always knew how to cheer me up. Thank you for becoming my guardian back then." Yuna smiled and hugged him.

 

Dean hugged her back. "Heh, I just do what I say naturally Yuna, that's all." He said honestly, he did take into account it's been a whiel since Yuna last hugged him, the last time was when Yuna first begun her journey.

 

Yuna let go and smiled, "So those people in the Farplane? Were they your friends?"

 

"Ah, those guys... yeha, they are." He said and rubbed his hair sheepishly. "I think I hid the truth about me long enough." He said seriously. "Yuna, there isn't just Spira in this world, there are other countries far beyond the sea, one of them is called Filgaia and well, I lived there... 100 years ago." He said to her and noticed her shocked look.

"I know, I don't look the part but this way way before you were even born, even your father's time, Yevon caught me while I was drifting in Filgaia and brought me to Bevelle and decided to 'experiment' and see if people can use the power of the Aeons, you already know how that turned out, Me and Kazuhiro were two subjects, somehow Haruka is a third but during the procredure, they put us in statsis with powerful magic so we didn't age at all, Kazuhiro somehow amanged to break free and set me free too but I escaped alone, memories forgotten due to the experiment and the rest you know, is history."

 

"Wow, I never would have guessed, so no one would remember you there now huh?" Yuna looked at him.

 

"Yeah, you have it, I can't go back there now anyway... they will only be my friend's children if they had any." He said to her. "So I just choose to stay in Spira and live my life until it's my time to go."

 

Yuna looked at him and sighed, heading for the bar. She asked for a drink and thought about what she heard, taking the glass, Yuna took a sip and laid her head on the counter.

 

Haruka looked at Dean as she listened to his story.
It made sense with the visions she had seen now. "So... all that stuff about Rebecca? Avril? And Jonny Appleseed?" she asked.

Daichi had come onto the airship and spoke to Lukya. "Sorry I took so long... I took the chance to talk to Kimahri... it seems relations with the Ronso and Guado have definitely improved... some Ronso are still taking time to come around, but it's understandable... there is no longer the hunger for war anyway." he told her.
"You did it... I'm proud. As I'm sure everyone else is."

Maylene looked up at Lukya and hugged her, although... as usual, her hugs were awkward since she was so small. "Lukya... thanks..." she told her.

The both she and Daichi looked at eachother before saying in unison. "Just don't scare us like that again."

 

Lukya smiled and nodded, "Sorry about that. I didn't mean to worry any of you. From now on, the Gullwings will always come first for me." She hugged Maylene and then hugged Daichi. "So find out anything else? About how to help Ryo?"

 

"Didn't Kazuhiro wanted to go into the past to meet his sister?" Yuna asked, remembering what happened in the Calm Lands two years ago.

 

"He did say that, personally, I never asked about his life cause I neve rha d a interest in it, I wa smostly focuse don getting my memories back, besides, anyone would probably go insane finding out they been taken away from their friends and family for 100 years without telling them and the experiements." Dean said thoughtfully. "Sure, somewhere in my heart I wish to go back to those times and pretend all of this was a bad dream."

 

Yuna nodded and sighed, "I hope Yuji wakes up soon." Kari held the new dress-sphere in her hand and looked at the jewel she got, she thought to herself, 'How will I know when to call him?'

 

SHugo nodded. "Perhaps we should go somewhere instead of waiting on the airship, like, I don't know, visit old friends or something?" Shugo suggested.

 

"Perfect timing, Shugo. I got news that Lulu and Wakka have just had their kid." Buddy said, Yuna smiled, "Oh, wow! We should visit them!" "On it." Buddy said, Brother jumped into the pilot seat and drove the airship to Besaid.

 

"How interesting..." Shugo started to say ebfore the airhsip lurched forward as Yuji remained alseep on the bed in bandages.

 

Yuna took off her necklace and stared at the pendant, Kari smiled, "You'll find him. Besides, if anything, he has always been with us...... Here." She pointed her finger at her chest, where her heart was. Yuna blushed, smiling and nodded.

 

"Gae Bolg? so that is what you are after" old man Ren said

"thats right with it we will be able to help Ryo" Gilgamesh said looking over at the unconscious Ryo "all we need is the spear. According to his sister we already have the master spearmen" Gilgamesh said

"we don't know how much longer Ryo will be asleep like this. He is near the verge of releasing him. If he is released then the calm will be shattered" Ren said
