Final Fantasy X-2: Resolved Dreams

Kari left Ryo in the Thunder Plains, hoping that Gilgamesh would find him or something and headed to the airship. Lukya was tending to Daichi's wounds when Yuna asked that everyone who walk meet in the cockpit for a meeting. Yuna and Aqua stood in front of the Sphere finder.

 

Ryo laid unconscious in the thunder plains as the sky raged with thunder

 

Ignoring Rikku's compliments about leaving Ryo in the rain, Kari looked out the window of the cockpit and sighed as Aqua cleared her throat and started to speak.

"Now that all my memory is back, I think I told you guys about my past. I was born in Zanarkand a thousand years ago, while I don't know what happened to my real parents, I remember that Lenne and Shuyin treated me as their daughter. Aside being on the blitzball team, Shuyin made my machina dragon, and was a bit of a overprotective father. Lenne was a great mother and a popular singer, but most of all she was a summoner. Shuyin wanted to surprise Lenne with a proposal of marriage so we could be a real family, but the war came. Shuyin and I were both concerned for Lenne, but Shuyin seemed to realize she might not return from the front lines, so he took me to Bevelle and we found that horrible machina. And........." Aqua stopped, crying.

"To protect his only child, he cast some spells on you." Kari said. "Stop to prevent her aging, but I don't know about the other spell." "You think because she knew of his plans, Yevon chose to hide her to hide the truth?" Yuna asked, holding her close. "Of course, Yevon has hidden the truth for a thousand years." Lukya said.

 

Haruka had untransformed herself once on the airship and immediately lurched forwards. She however managed to stay standing and stagger to the bridge with aid of the wall and she sat herself on the floor and listened to Aqua's story. "I'm not surprised to be honest... Yevon has always been a pain from what I know... and... well..." she trailed off.

Daichi stood against a wall, now feeling better.
He also listened to Aqua's story. "Question is... what now?"

Daichi thought in his head as well... I hope someone remembers Ryo...
Salina... if you could send that clown along or something, it'd be a good idea."

 

"We show him that Aqua is alright and tell him Lenne's final words." Yuna said. Kari smiled and said, "I think Aqua woke up in the best time, a time without war or suffering." Lukya nodded and smiled, standing next to Daichi.

 

"But how do we do that then?" Maylene asked as she sat with Haruka, leaning against her arm.

 

"I think he took that thing down into the Farplane, so all we have to do is jump into one of the holes in the temples." Kari said, Rikku sighed, "You make it sound so simple, Kari." Yuna simply held Aqua close in her arms.

 

"Bwahahahahaha the great Gilgamesh has arrived" Gilgamesh yelled as he stood ontop of a lightning rod in the thunder plains. Unaware of what he was standing on Gilgamesh was struck by lightning and struck by lightning and fell to the ground "owwww huh? Ryo?" Gilgamesh said as he ran over to Ryo's unconscious body and sighed as he picked it up. Looking over at the gullwings ship he simply began to walk away

 

That'll just be a probelm, with Yuji unconscious and injured from the Twin Maximum Drive, Double cannot be formed anymore a sit requires us to be conscious and in synch, I know you guys want to procced onward but I'm afraid I cannot be of any help." SHugo inputted

SHinra looked at him. "Twin Maximum Drive?" He asked and SHugo felt everyones attention on him. "You know our ultimate attacks use one Gaia Sphere to execute it well, Yuji or my body when it's the body form can only handle one sphere power, however, using both sphere's puts a massive strain on the user and injures him to the state of unconsciousness, we both tried it before we even joined the Gullwings, we swore to ourselves never to be that reckless again."

"Then when will he wake and be ready?" Buddy asked and Shugo shook his head. "I don't know, I suppose it depends on Yuji's willpower to awaken from the state he's in, even using potions or healing magic, the body still needs time to both mentally and physically adapt."

 

The cockpit was silent, Yuna sighed and just held Aqua close to her. Kari sighed and spoke, "I'm going to look for a way to save Ryo." "What?" Rikku asked, Kari looked at them, "If he's wielding the sword of darkness, there has to be a sword of light, right? I'm going to look for it." Lukya sighed and looked at her.

 

"I'm helping too.
I promised Salina I would...
and I let her and you guys down back on the thunderplains... I'm sorry." Daichi said, his head bow'd slightly.

"Daichi, you're hurt, it's not your fault!" she said, running over to them, she looked up at Lukya and tugged on her coat slightly. "Right Lukya?"

"I want to find Dean... since me and him are the same... I dunno... I just feel it's right.
He might be able to help me.."

 

Lukya nodded, "Right. Salina should provide a way for you to find the sword, if it's exists. Lets go to Gagazet." Kari smiled and nodded. Rei stood by the wall, silent. Yuna looked at her and sighed as the airship started its engine.

 

"hey open up old man Ren" Gilgamesh yelled knocking on a door

"hmm ah Gilgamesh your back...oh dear" said the old man Ren as he opened the door and saw Ryo being carried by Gilgamesh "bring him in and place him over there" Ren instructed Gilgamesh as Gilgamesh followed his orders. Once Ryo was placed on a bed Ren just looked down at Ryo "so the blade of all evil has gone this far...if something is not done he will be released" Ren muttered

 

"Then I suppose I'll go with you Haruka, but where will we find him? He never really stays in one place too long unless we contact him and ask where he is now by the relationship between him and Rikku." Shugo suggested, he decided to go to see if Dean may have answers for Haruka and perhaps, some from himself.

 

"That's fine with me... we all have ties with Yevon.."
she looked at Rikku. "Is there anyway you could contact him for us Rikku?" she asked.

 

Rikku pulled her comm-sphere from her pouch and asked, "Hey, Dean? Where are you? We need to talk." "Drop Daichi and I off at Gagazet first," Kari said, Yuna nodded.

 

Maylene looked around as everyone seemed to be sorting themselves into groups of doing stuff. "But what do we all do while everyone else is going off?" she asked.
"What do I do for that matter?" she asked herself aloud.

 

"so how goes your search" Ren asked

"well I found out something...but it doesn't really help us" Gilgamesh said as he turned away "I am going to see Ryo's sister" Gilgamesh said as he walked out

 

"Yuna, let me take Aqua for a bit. I want to cheer her up. You want to join us, Maylene?" Lukya said, gently taking Aqua's hand. Kari waited to arrive at Gagazet.

 

Dean voice was heard. "Yeah? I'm at Rin's Shop on the highroad." Dean resposned, obivously not confused. "I won't ask what you is so important you can't talk voer the sphere but I'l wait here... hey! get back here you damned fiend!" AN audible bullet was heard as Dean grumbled but heard on the sphere. "...I need a holiday..." He moaned.
