Final Fantasy X-2: Resolved Dreams

Kari sighed, "Let him pass, Daichi. We don't have time for this, we have to find this awesome sphere that's hidden somewhere on the island." She walked past Ryo, with Lukya behind her. Aqua waved at Ryo before following them and holding Yuna's hand.

 

Maylene and Haruka followed.

Daichi gave Ryo one last look before following after them.

 

Yuna stopped by Dona's hut and watched Barthello leave, crying manly tears. The group sweatdropped, and reached the gate to the forest. Yuna looked around and asked, "These are all sphere hunters?" "I don't think so." Paine said, Rikku looked ahead, "Look over there. Who's that?"

 

With a sigh Ryo walked away "that was close" Ryo said

Umong the crowd stood Gilgamesh with his arms crossed and Enkidu standing right next to him "hmm I wonder what this is about" Gilgamesh said to Enkidu

 

Kari noticed Gilgamesh and Enkidu and walked over to them. "Hey, Gilgamesh, what's up with Ryo?" She whispered.

 

Gilgamesh nearly jumped when he heard Kari "ah the Gullwings. Come to face me have you?" Gilgamesh said jumping back and prepared himself for a fight

 

"Not this time Clown.
We want answers.
And I suggest you give them before Kari really gets mad." Daichi told him.

 

Kari glared at Gilgamesh, Yuna sighed and walked up to Gilgamesh. "Is everything alright with Ryo? He doesn't seem to remember Kari, but, somehow, he knows he and I are High Summoners."

 

"huh? somethings wrong with Ryo? We only just decided to split up and he seems to be his normal own self" Gilgamesh said crossing his arms curious about what was going on

 

Yuna was confused and sighed, the leader of the Youth Leauge appeared, Paine said, "Nooj......" "The Meyvn of the Youth League, right?" Yuna asked, Nooj said, "Greetings, friends! An important sphere is hidden in Kilika Temple. A sphere documenting the true history of Spira. We are here today to demand that New Yevon make the contents of that sphere public. Yet, as always, the voice seeking truth goes ignored. My friends, I ask you: why? Because New Yevon wants to hide the truth! Just as the temples did before them! I tell you now, this has gone on long enough! My friends, stand with me, and together we will bring the truth back to the people." Lukya sighed and looked away.

OOC: When you get back on, Pro, take Nooj back. Only borrowed him to advance the story.

 

"huh? whats that loud mouth going on about. If anything the sphere belongs to me" Gilgamesh said

 

"No way Clown boy! It's property of the Gullwings!" Haruka said, pumping a fist into the air.

 

Gilgamesh groaned when he heard her "I am no clown but a great warrior" Gilgamesh said proudly

 

"But...let's not overdo it. Our opponents aren't as young as they used to be." Nooj said and left, Yuna said, "Not exactly what I had expected." "Hey, that's our sphere! Oh, poopie! So what now? Call it quits?" Rikku said, Paine said, "Don't know about you, but I could use an awesome sphere." "Hmm. Okay! They can't decide who it belongs to? I say we make it our own. Right?" Yuna said, most of the group said, "Right!"

"We'll see you at the temple, Gilgamesh!" Kari shouted, running inside. Yuna and the others followed her.

 

Daichi, Haruka and Maylene followed the others.

BIC: Yuna smiled and followed them. With a sigh, she hoped Ryo was alright.

 

Devln wore sunglasses to hide his Al Bhed eyes as he led Claire through the forest, encountering a blockade of men, "Hm? What's the big idea!? You guys can't just block the roads for a sphere!"

Claire pulled on his arm, "C'mon, we can go around them." Looking behind her she saw Yuna and the others, "Devln....it's the High Summoner Yuna. Never mind the sphere for now, we'll get it later." Waving, she beckoned Yuna and the Gullwings toward her.

 

Yuna looked toward her and ran to her. "Hello, there. Can we help you with something?" Yuna smiled. Kari looked at Devlin, "What are you hiding, you're among allies."

 

Claire smiled broadly, "Actually, I was going to ask you if you needed some help. I'd heard the High Summoner had taken up sphere hunting. You're here for this sphere aren't you?"

Devln pulled down his sunglasses and winked one shimmery green eye at Kari, "Just a precaution among the people. Not all of us are so lucky not to encounter Al Bhed haters that remain in the world." Pushing them back up, he jerked his head toward the blockade, "You won't be getting through there. They've blocked all the main roads because of this sphere."

 

Yuna looked toward the bridge, hearing shouts, "Hand over the sphere! The temples have controlled Spira's secrets long enough!"

"Spheres? Secrets? What's this about?"

"Don't play dumb! We know you're guarding something!"

"Hey! We're here to guard our families from rabble like you."

"What did you say?"

"I think it's time you left."

Kari sighed, rubbing her hair, and noticed a different path.
