Final Fantasy X-2: Resolved Dreams

A Guado led the group to where the former servant of Lukya's family was, Lukya smiled, "Hello, Tromell." "Oh, High Summoner Yuna, Lady Lukya, Lord Daichi. Forgive me for the grief I have caused you all." He said, Yuna asked, "How have you been?" "Well... With Lord Seymour gone, we Guado are hardly different from the dead." He said, Lukya shouted, "Not true!!!!!! Surely, you and the others know I've been trying hard to fulfill my promises to you all!"

"Yes, Lady Lukya. But many Ronso lost their lives at the hands of Lord Seymour, your brother. Those who survived swore vengeance for their fallen comrades. Despite how hard you and Lord Daichi have worked, we Guado sealed ourselves away in Guadosalam and strengthened our defenses... But soon we no longer had the strength for even this. Now, we live among the shadows of these woods." Tromell said, Lukya sighed and looked away, he simply continued, "High Summoner, my lord and my lady, do not trouble yourself to show sympathy for the Guado. Aside from Lady Lukya, we once walked willingly with Lord Seymour, never questioning, even as he led all Spira into madness. Lady Yuna, Lady Lukya, Lord Daichi, I cannot ask that you forgive us... ...only that you forget us."

 

Yuji blinked. "Bundles of joy the Guado are..." he thought to himself.

 

Daichi stood and faced Tromell. "Forget you?
Forgetting won't erase the past... all it will do is wreck the future. You need to act.
Lukya is working hard for all of you Guado. Not just because of the promises she has made, but because she really wants to help her people.
Look at her, she is so young and yet so strong. Seems to me she is the perfect example that you need to follow.
You need to work hard too, because I'm not going to let all her hard work be in vain..." Daichi said darkly.
He turned and started to walk away.
"And for the last time... stop calling me Lord."

 

"Yes, but please take this." Tromell gave Yuna a sphere. "It is of no use to us. I also found this, Lady Lukya, Daichi. I believe it to be from Master Seymour before his tragic departure." He gave Lukya a different sphere. Yuna led the group to the Traveling Agency. Kari looked at Lukya, who walked to the cliff, she asked, "Wonder if she still feels guilty?" Lukya sighed and closed her eyes, before she heard something, 'Sister........' She opened her eyes and turned to see a transparent image of Seymour who walked into the forest.

Lukya ran into the forest, following the image of her departed brother. She gasped for air as she ran, but she felt as though she had to follow him as if he had something to tell her. He led her to the lake, standing at the shore. The image turned and smiled at her, hugging her before disappearing, she saw a sphere where he once stood and knelt down, holding it close. Kari and the others followed, gasping for air. Lukya turned and smiled at them.

 

"He continues to guide her." Daichi said calmly.

"Wha-?" she asked wondering what Daichi meant.

 

"So even after passing onto the Farplane, Seymour still remains there for his younger half-sister.........." Kari smiled, thinking back to what happened in Sin when Seymour was sent.

 

"...He left you a gift?" Daichi asked.

 

Lukya nodded and the sphere shined, Lukya's form began to change. She twirled around as she began to dress in elegant silver and white robes, a shield surrounded her as it seemed she took control of the arms and legs. Yuna stared at the new form, it looked similar to the form of Seymour they fought on Gagazet, but it was much different.

 

Daichi turned away, also noticing the familiarity in the form.
"I see."

"Wow! Lukya, you look awesome!"

 

Lukya changed back into Machina-wielder and shakily walked up to Daichi, wrapping her arms around him. Yuna, Rikku, and Kari smiled.

 

Daichi held her close. "...It's okay."

Haruka looked on, most people here had a history with each other.. "It must be nice." she said with her arms folded. "To be close to someone like that."

 

"We might as well stop by Bevelle." Kari said, her hands behind her head. Yuna sighed and nodded. Lukya smiled and nodded.

 

"Whoa wait, Bevelle? Are you sure you want to walk up the place where everyone's faith in yevon was almost broken?" Yuji asked.

 

Lukya looked at Kari and nodded with Yuji. It was in Bevelle Yuna and her guardians discovered the truth. Kari shrugged her shoulders and headed for the heart of Spira.

 

Ryo and Gilgamesh walked down the bridge to Bevelle "this is Bevelle. I was born here. Biggest city in Spira" Ryo said as they walked and looked up at Gilgamesh "not surprised?" Ryo said

Gilgamesh shrugged his shoulders "I've seen bigger but it is still impressive" Gilgamesh said as they walked down the bridge

 

Kari, along with the others, recongized Ryo and Gilgamesh, she smiled and ran up behind them. "Hey, Ryo!" She went for his cloak, hoping to see the area where his left arm was.

 

Ryo stopped walking upon hearing Kari's voice and looked over his shoulder at her "oh look the gullwings have arrived. Off to steal from us again?" Ryo said. his left area was still cloaked

 

Daichi looked around at the big city of Bevelle...
Much had happened here...

Haruka walked through the city with the others...
She looked rather pale. "I don't like this place..." she said weakly...
Her head hurt a little.

 

Kari groaned, "Nope. We just came to visit the city where you and Yuna once lived." A man recongized both Yuna and Ryo and suddenly left, calling for the preator. Rikku said, "Pushy, isn't he?" Yuna had a look of discomforted, and said, "We should leave." "Hey, what's the matter, Yunie?" Rikku asked, Yuna explained, "Well, you see, there was this arrangement...with the son of the chairman of New Yevon. I turned the offer down, but I thought it'd be kind of awkward."

"Yuna! Hmm?" Rikku smiled as Lukya sighed, Paine said, "You're probably right. Let's go." She was about to leave, as Rikku shouted, "Huh? No, wait! Wait! Hey!" Rikku sighed and the door opened with the praetor coming out, he was a young man with dark skin and white hair, he did the prayer, and said, "A pleasure, Lady Yuna, Lord Ryo. I am Baralai, Praetor of New Yevon."

 

"I hope this isn't about me joining New Yevon. I'm really tired of beating the crap out of New Yevon and the Youth's League" Ryo said annoyed with his arms crossed "they won't take no for an answer and keep on pestering me" Ryo muttered as Gilgamesh laughed
