"Hi-Yah!"Yuffie screamed as she gripped her weapon."You're going down,Sora!"She called as he chucked his keyblade at her then summoning it back."Nuh-UH!"He protested.He wanted to sound 'cool' with all these people watching."You afraid?'Cause I'll stop before it really hurts."she smirked with a grin.
Confident much?"How nice you are..."Sora said back.He was turning his emotion to easygoing to fool her.She saw right through him.And hit him in his side."You need a little more training!"She called.She started to become a blur.Kairi stood in the audience watching.'Her 'MAN' get creamed by a girl?This could not be happening to HER!'"Yuffie wins."Seifer called.He grinned because of she,he was the strongest there."Tournament decides."Fuu called out.

"Anyone want to take on me?"Seifer said.Cloud stepped up to the stand and dug his sword into the wood.He looked right into his eyes and said:"One on One?"Seifer looked for more hands.And gulped."Whatever..."Tifa dug her nails into her seat.'Cloud will crush him...Arg this is bad...The guy's crazed.He has a damn struggle bat for god's sake.'

Cloud smirked and jumped in.

Good.
Plenty of grammar mistakes, and kinda hard to understand....
But good.
Try "entering" and "indenting" when people start talking. Like this:

Kairi stood in the audience watching. Her 'MAN' get creamed by a girl? This could not be happening to HER!

"Yuffie wins."Seifer called. He grinned because of she,he was the strongest there.

"Tournament decides."Fuu called out.

Also, try placing spaces after your periods. Makes it a lot easier to read.
