Final Fantasy: Advent Children v.s. Spirits Within

Which FF Movie did you find more enjoyable to watch? AC or SW?
Spirits Within had a longer, yet enjoyable storyline. Advent Children seemed to have a shorter story and a lot of action in it.
Personally, I would say Advent Children, but Spirits Within is still a very good movie.


What are your opinions?

 

I prefer AC as it is more of a FF storyline while spirits within was nothing like the game series and had very little sign of FF, it also was kind of boring since the most fight you got where guns that did **** all.

 

Spirit within was bad. It had a weak storyline if I can remember and the lips never matched up, plus it didn't feel like the voice actors even were cast well together.

FFVII was visually leagues above Spirit Within but that makes sense with the advancements in technology. AC stands above spirit within because I strongly believe that more time, and effort were put into it because of how popular it is. Spirit Within tanked if i'm remembering right and wasn't received well by FF fans.

 

I prefer Advent Children because it had a better storyline and all the fighting and action in it was awesome.

 

I hated Spirits Within. The storyline was horrible, as well as the voice actors.

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, however, had a great storyline, mostly due to the fact that it was based off a video game, but that's beside the point. The voice actors were great and they were perfect for the characters that they were chosen for.

So, my vote goes to Advent Children

Well...Spirits Within sucked in moviewise, and the storyline wasn't that good.(Second Opinions)
And...the voice actors were bad, I agree.

Action scenes were more actiony in this movie.

Spirits Within doesn't really quite match the games.

I doubt that it is for the games.

 

I enjoyed both movies. Though Advent Children held more nostalgia for me.

 

Do i honostly have to say anything? Advent children was a lot better. Spirits within was a rip off. Not for nothen, but it actually took place on earth. They even talked about how "New York" was destroyed and all that. I mean, it was one of their worst ones really. Only thing I can say was good about it was the fact that they could make a movie with graphics that good when it was made

 

No there's no game of FFVII related to Spirits Within.
