    Yeah, I'll work on that. :3

    I wish we could play songs in 7/4 time in band. But because the band is all grades, we're stuck with what seems like painfully simple songs. :< The Grade 9s can't even count properly in 5/4 time. "You just count five beats instead of four" means nothing to them.

    I don't think I've played anything in 5/4. I've played a lot of stuff in 3/4 and 2/2 since I've played a lot of Spanish songs. << Hm. I kinda feel like sticking to 7/4 time now. What I've composed so far sounds pretty nice.

    Nuuuuuu. :c Yellow is amazing. Yellow cannot hurt someone's eyes. It can do no wrong. EVERYONE MADE FUN OF THE QUEEN FOR WEARING YELLOW, BUT THEY WERE JUST JEALOUS. :/8D:

    We're playing Mars from Holst's The Planets, and most of it is in 5/4 time.
    Except the arrangement that we're playing doesn't sound that epic because it's being played by a high school concert band infested with freshmen. B|

    I HAVE TO TELL YOU; I just got back from seeing the movie Hanna, and Danny was in it. 8D Primeval Danny. With facial hair. He looked a lot better than he does with his Primeval side-burns. xD And pleeeeaaaase tell me you're watching Starship.


    At first I was like "wut", and then I realized it was in 7/4 time, and then I was like "8D".

    Is the song being in 7/4 obvious? I haven't trained my ears to pick up on time signatures outside of "not in half-time" and "half-time". >>
