    Basically, bad guy is after magical items to unseal an unstoppable war fortress so he can take over the world. I may or may not add in another item since all but one are taken and the one that isn't taken is reserved for now(until the day after tomorrow I suppose).

    It reminds me of either Lufia or Secret of Mana...or a combination of both.
    I actually think it's just Lufia because I can't accurately remember the plot of Secret of Mana xD but I remember that you love that game

    Holy shi- You're right. Secret of Mana actually. The weapons take place of the elemental spirits though for my RP. In Secret of Mana the bad guys were trying to also trying to raise a fortress(Mana Fortress) through the use of eight seals. Of course, the game also puts up some kind of anti-plot that basically says that you have to stop the Mana Beast from destroying the fortress because then it'll crash down and kill everyone. So by the end of the game the fortress is blowing up and the Mana Beast is attacking it and the main character's all, "I dun wanna kill it because it's not a bad guy. ;~;" But they fight it, win, and everything gets all happy. ...Except the Sprite dies because the he used up all the Mana in his body or something. ; ;

    I thought Lufia because the bad guys are in control of a flying island and haunted moving fortress made me think of that lol

    Your fault for reading when you knew I started spoiling. D8< Sorry though, didn't know you hadn't finished the game. Secret of Mana > Final Fantasy.

    ...Play it. It's the greatest RPG ever. Okay, maybe not but in my opinion it's better than Final Fantasy(all of them).

    I had the most interesting/strange idea for the Role Playing Arena. A kind of OC contest. Where there would be a theme and people would submit OCs and the winner of the contest would get...something. <<
