Final Family: The Third Thread 8D8

I bought the dvd/blu-ray combo pack. My parents are looking at buying an HDTV before the end of the year at the latest, so it's inevitable that we'll get a blu-ray player soon. The new feature thingo is included.

The only problem is the new feature is only on the blu-ray disc. ;~; I can't watch it yet. IF YOU SPOIL IT FOR ME ARCH, SO HELP ME LIAM NEESON I WILL FALCON PUNCH YOU IN THE PRECAMBRIAN ERA. :B|:

Haven't really thought about that. Perhaps I will. Possibly a stupid question, but can you play PS2 games on a PS3?

 

If you somehow get a hold of one of the first ps3's yes, but new ones no saddly
I got my ps3 when it was cheaper then buying a blu ray plauer Dx
And I just found out that the guy who does the voice of the dad in Phineus and Ferb is Riff Raff in Rocky Horror - this frightens me a bit

 

Meh, I have a Wii, so there's not much of a point of getting a PS3. Or at least, not enough of one. :/

 

PS3 > Wii

At least you actually use Miis in games. As opposed to whatever the PS3 guys are called. XD

 

I own both
I only use my Wii to stream netflix - and I could do that with my ps3 xD
and we don't have avatars on the ps3 xD

 

Really? o.O I could have sworn I heard someone complaining that the PS3 avatars were pointless. Hm. They may have only been on the first version of the PS3.

I use my Wii more for the Internet channel, Everybody Votes channel, and the News channel than I do for playing video games. XD But I have way too many gaming consoles to justify to my parents why we should get another one.

But yeah, after a Nintendo 64, Gamecube, PS2, Nintendo DS, and a Wii, I doubt I will be getting another gaming console in the near future (except possibly a new DS, because our current one's hinge is barely intact).
