FFVII-New Crisis

Crux started walking along with Aiphos dragging his sword with him. " You," he said to Aiphos, "You're a 1st class SOLDIER right? I'm Crux."

OOC: Okay VaKh87, I understand,
sadly I have to get off pretty soon as well

 

Aiphos : " Yes I am , and it is nice to meet you Crux . "

She said looking down at the tracks of the monsters as she went along .

 

"Seems like we're getting closer" Crux said as he continued to walk on, he reached into a pocket and pulled out an apple and began to silently chew on it as they walked on

OOC: I gotta get off now, Goodnight

Aiphos walks further down the trail and she sees a trail of blood now on the tracks . Aiphos ran forward , and stopped . She was standing near the lifeless body of a little boy . She bends down and puts her fingers to his pulse .

Aiphos : " He is still alive . "

She said standing back up .

Aiphos : " He looks like he played dead to avoid getting killed . "

She said as the little boy sat up , the blood wasn't his though .

The Boy : " I am so glad to see you !!! It almost ate me , but is looks like my mother got dragged off by it . "
He started to shiver , and tears flowed down his cheeks .

The Boy : " She is dead , isn't she ? "

Aiphos was silent .

The Boy : " She is never coming back ? Ain't she ? "

He rolled up into ball and started sobbing .

The Boy : " Lady , how can you just stand there and show no expression on your face ?! My mother died , can you feel any sadness ?! What is wrong with you ?! "

Aiphos : " It was the way I was raised . "

She said with a calm look on her face .

 

OOC: Dammit! You already started. So, anyone to fill me in?

BiC: Cy followed the other Soldiers without a clue that what has happened as he just heared about it.
"So, what exactly happened here? I just got the message... And I had something important to do..", he said holding his katanas thightly.

 

OOC : I don't think too much has happened , you can read up on it , it ain't that long . ^ ^,

Aiphos bent down next to the boy and looked him straight in the eyes .

Aiphos : " Right now , there is nothing that is going to bring your mother back , laying on the ground and crying is not going to bring her back . She is watching over you , and when she looks down upon us , she doesn't want to see her son acting like a infant in the dark . Now c'mon , use your legs and stand . "

She reaches out her hand and the little boy grabs on it .

Aiphos : " What is your name ? "

The Boy : " It's Phykes . "

Aiphos : " Come Phykes . "

The little boy sticks to Aiphos .

 

"Poor kid, guessing from his story, his mom is probably dead by now.." Crux thought silently as Phykes introduced himself." ..he has nothing left for him here now."

"So are you gonna bring the kid with us?" Crux asked Aiphos placing his sword on his shoulder. "If he gets in the way, then he's your problem...remember that" He said before walking a little ahead of the group. He paused a grabbed another apple and handed it to the kid "Here." He said trying to be friendly "You must be hungry"

OOC: Recap for those just coming on- The SOLDIERS were sent to Mt. Nibel to investigate the remains of the mako reactor and crater site.

 

Aiphos : " Yeah I know . "

Phykes : " Thanks sir . "

He said in a whimpy tone .

Aiphos follows Crux , Phykes ran after them , carrying the apple in his hands .

 

Crux walked, following the path of tracks as they got closer to the crater site. "Kid" Crux said "There were othre people beside just you and your mom right? What happened to them?" He asked. As they walked along, small pieces of torn clothing and splatters of blood accompanied the tracks that they walked beside.

 

Phykes : " Well , I saw two guys running from another one of those monsters , they ran down this trail , and disappeared . I think the monster may of got them . "

He said looking up at him , all wide eyed.

Aiphos : " Looks like these monsters have started preying on humans , since they have the flow of the life stream inside their bodies . It may be a substitute for the Mako that ranout when , we blew up the mako reactor . "

She said walking .

 

"Makes sense I guess." Crux said taking another bite of apple and looking back at the others. After a few minutes of walking they reached it "We're here" Crux said

 

Aiphos walks over to a few chewed up bodies .

Aiphos : " Hmmm . .. I think they got both of them . "

She bends down and puts her hand on their chest .

Aiphos : " Their life light is gone , I thought correct . "

The two bodies faded away , there was suddenly three growling noises coming from the bushes .

Aiphos : " They are back . "

Phykes shrieked and hid behind Aiphos , who took out her dual katanas . The three monsters came flying out and stood on the ground infront of them .

Name : Phykes Tacoma
Age : 13
Gender : Male
Occupation : Just a normal boy.
Bio : A boy who grew up in Nibelheim , his mother was killed by the Nibelheim Mako Reactor Monsters . So now he is a orphan . He sticks to Aiphos for protection .

Crux grabbed his sword and stood in his stance as one of the three monsters charged at him. He slashed at the monster only for it to dodge and swipe at his arm. Crux jumped back as he got scratched on the arm. blood began to drip out of the tear he had in his glove.

 

Aiphos dashes forwards , slashing at them really fast . One monster growled loudly and bit into Aiphos's arm .

Aiphos : " ARGGGHHHH !!! "

She kicked it away and sliced it in two .

Aiphos : " Phykes hide now !! "

Phykes hid behind a boulder .

 

The monster began to growl louder as the smell of blood entered it's nostrils. It lunged for Crux as he prepared to attack. He lunged forward and slashed at the monster. blood flew into the air as the monster howled in pain. It turned around at Crux, revealing one of it's limbs had now been cut off, it's eyes glowed as he prepared to strike again. Crux dropped his emotionless expression to show a small smirk "This is fun" he thought as he readied his sword

ooc: I'm getting off for a little while, I'll be on later

 

Aiphos nodded and spun around , seeing that a Mako Reactor Monster was running at Phykes .

Aiphos : " Grrrr .. . . "

She ran over as the monster jumped up in the air and readied to attack . Aiphos came down on top of it , stabbing it in the back with both of her katanas .

Aiphos : " Hurry , Crux , kill the last one !!! "

She yelled .

 

"Alright!" Crux said as he lunged at the last one at sliced through it at the stomach. It fell down, and in a few moments died. "That takes care of that...you doing okay?" He yelled over to Aiphos and Phykes

 

ooc Sorry that I left when I did yesterday. (get into truoble for no reason) So what has happened so far and where is everyone?

 

Aiphos : " Yes we are fine , I think my mission here is done . "

She said , breathing heavily , she sweating .

Aiphos : " Come , huff huff . "

She walked down the way they came .

OOC : Not much , we got assigned a mission in Nibelheim to find out where the Mako Reactor Monsters went after the WRO destroyed the Mako Reactor , we killed them all . And a little boy has joined us . So yeah . ^ ^

 

OOC: Damn these time zones. No one is on. Oh well, maybe on Saturday.

BiC: "Um Crux, why does it feel like that there's more of them? I'm not sure, but it feels like it...."
Cy looked around feeling unsafe.
"They can strike any minute...... If there is more.. I hope I'm wrong."
