FF7 Demo Crashing

Well, every time I play the demo, the logos appear and all that, but then a video plays, a black screen pops up, and then it says "ff7demo as encountered a problem and needs to close."

Can anyone help out?

 

Are you playing this on you computer or your Playstation?

 

I think he playing on the PC because the PC one has FF7 Demo on it.​

This happen to me on my crap PC
and when i tried it out on my new one with HD Graphic card it turned out to work..
But im not saying you need a HD PC or somthing i think you can fix it

EDIT: Where's the Compatibility tab?

 

It a Tab in your Selected Properties
which changes the Compatibility of a software.
from
XP to 98.
Right Click on the .exe of you FF7 Demo and go on "Compatility"
and change it to Windows 98 ​
