Square-Enix FF: Type-0

People are really desperate for a English patch. More people are desperate for a English release. Some people are just desperate to see Type-1 announced. It's too early for Type-1.

I'm just desperate for an overseas release. The game is doing really well in Japan. Nearly 600,000 copies. And the Ultimania is coming on the 30th November. 834 pages, I think. 0_0

 

Have any of you played the new Demo for Type-0? Im not talking about the demo from August Im talking about the one from last week on the 22. I believe it has the first few parts of the actual game because you can use your save file for it on the game. If you already got all the Summer costumes from the first one they give you all of them in the second demo.
I finished it last night and I wanted to scream "No! It cant be over! I still need to finish a mission!". That demo was the longest demo I have ever played T_T
If the game doesn't get a localization announcement in a year I will import it, I didn't have much trouble with the demo and no I dont know a damm thing of Japanese except a few expressions from watching anime.

The Zero-Shiki demo is pretty cool. A huge improvement of Natsubi, but Natsubi had a different feel. Zero-Shiki feels like a tease for us overseas people playing it. And I pray for a Overseas release. XIII-2 is right around the corner, so I hope we see some news about it soon.

 

I liked the Natsubi Demo but the Zero-Shiki Demo already has my heart at the moment.
If I ever get to play Type-0 in a year I get to continue from where I left off in the Type-0 Demo. I have this 1 year rule if a game doesn't get a release date over seas by then I'll import it.

 

It's even worth importing it now, regardless of oversea release or not. The game is that good. Already finished my third playthrough. =]

 

Thats amazing! Oh, is it import friendly? As in, it wont be much trouble for those with no Japanese knowledge? The Zero-Shiki Demo is basically the very beginning of the game wasn't it? I didn't have much trouble with it. I would get it from PSN then import it but I dont know how to buy Japanese PSN cards :(

 

I found a translation guide for some Japanese text and I've been watching some walkthroughs on YouTube. It's a perfect combination.

 

That is true, YouTUbe can be annoying at times but it is useful for many things like countless lets plays.
Im sure I'll be getting Type-0 sometime in the near future.

 

It's been worth the five year wait, even if the second playthrough annoyed me slightly. Enough of the

I'm emotional now. My childhood has waited, and the wait was worth it. Type-0 is an amazing game.

All I ask for is to keep Zero as the theme song. Don't change Zero.
