Favourite Instrument?

Piano and Violin all the way!! XDD

 

I know how to play a bunch but my first is the piano (i'm not really good) still i can play star wars theme song! ^^

 

I guess my all time favourite musical instruments can vary... I love both the acoustic and electronic guitar as well as the piano and electronic synthesisers... Plus, I also love the violin.

But if there's any instrument i find unbearable... It has to be a recorder. Those things are built for making your ears bleed.

 

Got to love the synthesizer. I used to have an old Yamaha back when I was a kid but it's broken now and I never got to learn how to play it properly. I'm planning to ask my cousin to teach me since he knows how to play it. I don't have particular voice that I love on it, I just like the versatility. I've also been playing around with FL Studio a lot lately and it's a pretty sweet app(I'm still in the learning process though).

 

I love grand pianos. There's something so majestic and beautiful about them, and in capable hands they can make such beautiful music.

Guitars are my other passion. Steel-stringed acoustic ones are my personal favorites.

I play a little gutair and im thinking about learing the flute because i've always loved the sound of it... BUT my favorite instrument that i play is Grand piano!!! :D i love it and i know quite a few songs. One i'm recently teaching myself if Terra's theme from Final Fantasy.

 

Yeah, those are pretty cool. I'm big on heavily processed Korgs. There's one called the Alesis Andromeda, I hear it's hands down, the greatest synthesizer out there. It's very hard to get a hold of though.

 

My most favorite instrument would have to be the harp, not only because I play it myself but I just love how mysterious and spellbinding it sounds when it is played. To me the harp is like the soul of time has been poured within and let out when it is played. Folk or Celtic harps are the best kind of harp I think really, I think the wood that they are made out of seem more natural and more of a wonderful experience to play. Also I don't think I have met any other harpists on khv ever, I hope there is more.

I like piano and guitar. Guitar because I play it, and I learn alot of music easily on it, and piano because I love the sound so much, and I think anyone who can play piano is quite the musical master.

My favorite instrument would probably be the guitar. Mostly electric, but there's nothing like sitting around a fire playing an acoustic.

 

My favorite must be percussion. not JUST the drums, but percussion in general.

 

Piano, did I ever mentioned I'm currently learning how to play it? 8D
Sadly I don't have my own Piano, So I have to stick with my Keyboard ;-;

I also like Bass a lot. ^^

I always thought that if I was in a band, I'd learn how to play the drums. I don't know if there's different types of drums, but I really like drums.

 

I absolutely love piano. It's my favourite instrument by far. I've taken up singing lessons, and I'm doing music next year, and my music teacher said I should do piano. I love it.

 

Oh gosh, I was going to post my favorite instruments along with songs I like where they're used. And I realized I love way the hell too many instruments to pick a favorite. Violin, piano, trumpet, sax, crash, singing voice, bass guitar, bongo, banjo... I don't even know where to start picking one out. I guess violin and electric bass stick out the most for me, but only just.

 

Gonna break from the trend here and say harp. So many songs can sound so sweet and/or sad on said instrument. I have a Lyon and Healy Troubadour IV lever harp, though I don't get to fiddle with it much these days since I can't bring it with me to college. But I could listen to harp solos all day.

And really, I fancy any kind of stringed instrument. They just rock.

 

I have a very strong bond with the piano. That and Disney musicals are what sparked my immense love and passion for all music in general.

Piano is also how I discovered my musical talent. I play by ear, and can play various other instruments just because I know how to play the piano in that way and know how the scales work.

Besides thattt, I also thing the viola is a lovely instrument. ​
