Favorite non disney animated movie.

Three Words... (Which few would probably recognize)

Cats. Don't. Dance.

Definitly worth the watch if you have the time and appreciate the old cel-style of animation.

 

Barnes and Noble had the DVD a while back. I had to get it; I hadn't seen it in so long.

Then again, the boyfriend and I are animation buffs (he himself wants to actually do his own cartoons; that's what he's studying now) so any sort of animation just wows us.

Land Before Time is a ****ing epic film <3 I still love it now even though it makes me cry so bad.


Ferngully was pretty alright and All Dogs Go To Heaven was cool too (the second one sucked ass though).

 

Advent children all the way lol i loved that movie.

 

the nightmare before christmas has to work for me... awesomeness!!!

Rock a Doodle (one of my all-time favorite "So bad, it's fun to watch" movies)
That's about it. To me, the Disney features of the 40's and 50's are about as perfect as any animated feature can get (with Dumbo being the Citizen Kane of animated features, period).

 

Shrek, Shrek 2 and The Simpsons Movie :)

 

Peur(s) du Noir is without a doubt the best animated movie I've ever seen. There are a bunch of anime films who come close (Spirited Away for example) and last but not least A Scanner Darkly is definitely worth mentioning.

hmm for me id say Final Fantasy VII advent children.
