Ahaha, that's cool. I just meant that I only owned MMHMM. I don't like considering bands my favorite unless I own at least half of their CD's, so I felt a little guilty having them there.

The crap on Riot! far outweighs the good stuff. I mean, just the decrease in lyrical quality was enough of a turn-off. Have you read the lyrics to Decoy? "Hey, hey baby it's never too late,"!

Decoy? Since when is that a Paramore song? (Is it by another band? I've no idea what your talking about. ._.) Besides, none of the songs were THAT bad. Sure, some of them were way worse than others, but that's what the Next Track button is for.

 

Yeah, that's a Paramore song. I'm pretty sure it's on the Riot! album. But, I agree, the songs were ok, but they've had better ones.

 

I'd have to say that Iced Earth, Children of Bodom, and Dimmu Borgir are my favorite bands. And of course Johnny Cash.

 

Paramore, Simple Plan, Linkin Park, and Panic at the Disco are some of my favorites... (and sometimes I like to listen to Nsync... ^^')

Yes, Decoy was a Paramore song. It was a bonus track.

It wasn't so much of Riot! being horrible -- it was more that they can do so much better. AWKIF is an amazing album that was unique in its own way. Riot! sounds like any other popular band these days. All of the lyrics seemed to be about wanting a guy. =/

The only really good songs on there were When it Rains, Let the Flames Begin, and Rewind.

Maybe we should start a Paramore thread, lol.

 

P.O.D., Evanescence, Blink 182, Skillet, Linkin Park, Sum 41, The Used, The Almost, Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, FOB, Good Charlotte, Backstreet Boys(occasionall <_<), Rascal Flatts, and Coheed and Cambria.

 

In no particular order: Green Day, SOAD, NIN, The Mars Volta, MCR, Led Zeppelin. Those are the main ones.

 

I like Linkin Park and Thousand Foot Krutch.

 

My favorites new-ish bands are Linkin Park, Flyleaf, Three Days Grace, and Breaking Benjamin.
I love all of the older groups though, such as Queen, Black Sabbath, Nirvana, etc.
