Far-Off Touch

Xena looked at the male.
Gosh, what crawled up his butt and died? She thought.
"I was watching the battle. But I guess I can tell when i am not wanted." She said, the humor in her tone vanishing and becoming respectful and serious. though her mind was silently yelling insults to the man who she attempted to be nice too.
Bowing slightly the purple haired female turned and walked out the practice room and down the hall to get something to eat. nobodies had to eat too.
So digging in the freezer she pulled out a sea salt ice cream popsicle and ate it contently, leaning against the counter.

 

Xikru glared at Xelyk and summoned his keyblade, knowing full well Robyn was watching. In addition to the keyblade, Xikru also inherited Riku's sense of smell. In any case, she was watching, so he had to put on a good show. He just hoped Xelyk would be able to do the same. "What do you want?" He asked in a hostile tone.

 

"Isn't it obvious?" Iahaxnuys declared, coming down the stairs. "You've been declared a traitor and are to be brought immediately to our dear leader.
But before we do this, we have a problem to take care of. I smell a heart. And unless either of you has gained one magically in the last few days, there's a Somebody in here with us." Iahaxnuys smirked. He also had a great sense of smell, but that's what you get when you are half dog demon.

 

Iahaxnuys kicked over a crate in the room, which fell and landed feet from Robyn. He started following the unfamiliar scent. "Xikru, this could be your chance to prove you aren't a traitor. Help find this heart, and I'll make sure it reaches our Lord's ears." He said invitingly. The Somebody was close. He could nearly taste the scent.

 

Xikru was shocked at what was happening. He wasn't sure if this was an act or he'd really been branded a traitor. He was unsure of what to do. Lucrix's schemes may well have gotten him into some deep trouble. He looked at where Robyn was. Iahaxnyus was closing in on her. He went with the gamble that it was an act and hoped to Nomura he was right. Xikru released 10 chains extending from his right arm, each outward in a different direction. About six inches out, each traveled through it's own miniature dark corridor and let out in the shape of a wall between the approaching Nobody and Robyn. upon hitting the ground, the went through a second set, and barred his path further in a horizontal manner. "I don't think so." If he was wrong and actually was branded a traitor, there'd be hell to pay. Not only from himself, but Lucrix. He'd see to that himself.

 

Even though he was told to stay, he went anyway. He was walking through the area, blend making him look like a local, he found Xiruk, and two organization members. He Felt the urge to summon his keyblades, but he did not. "Hello Fellow's, what are you doing here? The arena is closed."

 

"So, you are a traitor then? Lucrix and the Lord will be pleased." Iahaxnuys laughed. Then he directed to the newcomer. "Tell me, is that any of your concern?" He laughed heartily at the poor shape of the newcomer, who was obviously full of pride and arrogance. "That one," Iahaxnuys said, pointing the the boy, "needs some humility. I don't have the time to fight you two, nor want to put forth the effort. All of you be good now. Oh, and Xikru," he added, just as he was disappearing into the corridor. "you've already been replaced."

 

"Humility?" He looked around and was confused. "Well, since the arena is closed, I think that your not suppose to be here." He looked at the other nobody nobody, he told the other nobody to attack him, and dissipated. and made himself look scared out of his wits. He in reality had one of his keys stashed on his back as a basic sword and he grabbed it, waiting for the nobody's first strike.

 

"Silver...? My name is not Silver... But I do know him. Saved me once or twice he did." He looked at the girl.

 

"Well, whatever." He looked at her, gave a small thank you wink, and rushed at the nobody, throwing a punch to make him think that Silver did not know how to fight him, then slashed him across the stomach with his keyblade-still in the appearance of a wide sword- and backed off for a moment.

 

Lucrix was alone once more, and he took solace in it. He let himself remained unhooded for a moment, the petals on the ground creating multiple clones of himself. The entry ways into the training room were blocked off by thick brushes of thorns. There were twelve clones in all, and they all summoned both of their hookswords. Lucrix felt the need to train himself, and he divided his will power to all of his replicas, strengthening their endurance. "Go..." he said aloud. All of the replicas attacked him simultaneously. Lucrix summoned his twin hooks, dashing forward to engage the assault. His blades dashed left and right, hooking the lead replica's blades. He pulled them away, out wide, and issued a kick into the clone's abdomen, already flying out into a graceful spin as the replica flew away. Moving fast and heavy, Lucrix slammed the linked hookswords in his right hand against another clone, the linked swords in his left slamming heavily into another's sudden guard. Anticipating the guard, Lucrix spun the opposite way, following with another strike. The guarding replica anticipated the blow and parried, unhooking a blade from Lucrix's, following it with a counter with a side swipe. Lucrix leaped away, watching the weapon fly away and vanish. Three other replicas closed in and struck at the real Nobody. Lucrix swung the right hooked swords, fending off two of the clones to his right, guarding his left with a perfect parry.

The clone he disarmed earlier summoned five vines of thorns that were launched towards him with deadly force. Anticipating the move himself, Lucrix kicked his gliding form high into the air, unhooked the right blades, and leaped atop an ambushing clone, performing a double jump towards the replica who summoned the thorns. Four of the clones who attacked him earlier burst into petals from the vines. Eight clones remained. Lucrix struck downward with his hookswords, quickly pulling the blades back to lodge the blades into the summoner's shoulder. Lucrix flipped over the replica and threw the replica towards the pursuing clones.

The replicas leaped over the barrelling clone. They struck out at Lucrix, forcing him into the defensive. He parried a couple pair of hook swords, dodging in a serpent-like manner, catching a graze or four. Lucrix kicked out in a one-two manner, disrupting the offensive party for a moment. He dashed left, feinted, then dashed right, hooking his own swords as he spun. The blades tore through two of them, forcing them to burst into petals. There were six left.

Xelyk grinned as he grabbed Silver's punch with one hand and moved back as he slung his keyblade. "Who taught you how to fight your stance is horrible". He took off his hood and summoned his two fire swords one flaming red the other blue."The names Xelyk and it's the last name you will ever hear". He looked at at the boy then Xikru then to the girl behind the chains "Oh boy these are the legendary keyblader bearers, your nothing but children. Well you two here's a few words of advise Don't die to fast." He grinned and went into his fighting stance, a sword in each hand. "Here I come." He then ran towards Silver swinging the red sword at him at the same time he pointed the blue sword at Xikru as a blast of Fira magic shot out of the sword.

 

Finally waking up, Zeke let out a yawn before looking at the note that Robyn had left. Guess that means once again I'm the last one awake. He couldn't help but chuckle at the fact that even in a whole different world,he still slept-in. Getting up, he started walking until he ran into Orias. "Hey, you know where everyone's at?'

 

"Horrible?" he questioned. as he knocked the fire sword from his hand. "This stance allows me for freedom of movement and ease of blocking and disarming my opponents." he then summoned his other keyblade, in the form of another large sword and threw it at the fire to destroy it. "A little help here?" He said sarcastically
