Help Fanficking

I'm not sure if I spelled that right...

Anyway, in... that area, are you allowed to post other's works and give all credit to the original person, like a friend who's given you permission to, or is it against the rules to? I ask because my girlfriend makes good KH stories that are deemed awesome (by me) and I wanted to share them with you all. Is it okay?

 

I think it's okay as long as you give full credit to the original author. If you're still not sure, you could check the rules thread in the Creativity Corner...​

 

As long as you don't say that this is 100% mine, then you should be ok.

 

Looks like the person who I was gonna post their story on here is mad at me...

I say it's okay, if you have a permission and give all the credit to the author.

 

Obviously make sure you get the persons permission first. If they don't want their work posting then don't post it (I am assuming that is why your friend is now mad at you? )If you want to post something from another site then it would be advisable for you to contact that person too and check beforehand.

I personally don't see an issue with it as long as the work is clearly credited to the original author but I would rather members posted their own work.

I suggest talking to Rosey about it, she is the mod of Creativity and she may have a different opinion as to what is and isn't allowed in her section <3
