The way the stock is scaled is kinda funky. Whenever I scale something, I just cut the amounts in half. Ex. Original Dimensions: 400 x 200 I change it to: 200 x 100 That helps a lot. The crown is kinda random and a little too prominent, Put it on overlay or something. The middle looks a little plain, and the colors need some work, but, overall, good job.
When you scale something down in photoshop hit ctrl+T,but than hold down shift while resizing*using the corners*so the render/stock doesnt lose its resolution.Just remeber that you cant enlarge any kind of image unless is a vector. As for the tag,i agree with misty.
Hmmm..... Elements isn't really that good xD You should get something similar like GIMP. As for the sig.... Effects seem kina random, colors don't really got together, and the effects are kinda generic.
It's a nice improvement, but defiantly ditch Elements. It can get the job done, but it really old and stuff. Mhmmm... Place with the splatter-y stuff and sharpen the stock.
The flow doesn't really work, and it seems like you used things randomly. I would say applyimage and blend, maybe work on the background really off to me. And the crown is a good idea but it doesn't help the flow very much.
