Expo/anime conventions

I havent been since June last year, but I am definitely going in March (coz its near my birthday) And I wanna cosplay, I just don't know what as yet...

 

Never been to one though they look like fun.

 

I'm actually headed to an anime convention later this month. We have a special guest too: Monica Rial. I only have three things that I want her to sign: A Soul Eater vol. 2 Manga that has Tsubaki on the cover, the Tsubaki four-of-clubs playing card from the Soul Eater playing cards pack, and the My Wife is a Mermaid DVD cover.

I only cosplayed at a convention once before, as Shinji Amino from the Get Backers. This time, I'm going to go as L from Death Note; I dressed as him for Halloween and tons of people found it convincing. Cosplay contests are a little annoying though. I like the walk-ons and some of the skits are funny. The one thing that I can't stand are yiou fangirls who think they're funny. This year, I wrote an orginal monoluge for L and plan to do that. It's a dramatic kind of thing, and that's different from what I've seen before (mostly their comedic skits/lip synchs/dancing, and they're all in groups).

 

I always go to Sacanime in north cali and Fanime in north cali. Cosplay as Kairi and Garnet from FF9 :)

 

I go to the MCM Expo in london's excel centre every time it's on lol
