So, I have been really playing around with gimp and came up with some random ideas. I know, they are still a bit simple, but this is still experimenting about what I am comfortable with. The pictures were taken from a simple Google Image search. Avatars: Signatures: C'n'C, if you please.
My favourite has to be the Bakuman ones... simple and yet... awesome XD I love how you have Azuki and Saito together. :P Nice one. :)
They're nice, your Sora and Xion seethrough one would be so much better if they didn't have the little white border, a part from that I love it, especially the mirrored writing. I like the scrubs one, the background colour would look better if it was a blue so it would go with the Janitor's jumpsuit but I love the fish xD. The first signature is really nice, I like the lines in the middle and the colours do blend in well. Nice job ^^ My favourite is the other signature with the woman and the keyblade- it's so simple yet really nice. I prefer rounded corners. Keep practising, they're nice.
I love the Janitor avvy so much;_; All of these are simple yet cute/awesome. I especially like the fourth one of Xion and Sora simply because I think it looks adorable. Good job (:
I figured blue was one that I would use a lot, especially for Scrubs ones. It was more of a risk for the color choice, but I think it can somewhat fit the Janitor. That first one was a really fun one to make, mostly because it's been my new favorite manga. I wanted to find a way to show the connection between the two (I hoped it would be clear for those who had read/seen Bakuman). Yeah, I loved doing that one. Thanks for seeing what I was attempting to capture. :) Haha, yeah, thanks. I know I need to get more complex with these, and once I find the right thing to do, it'll come. I'm still testing the waters here and I"m having fun.
I agree with Bushy. Azuki and Mashiro are cute together and even though Azuki's bic is black and white and Mashiro is in color, is still looks pretty good. The one for you and Twilight_Nobody13 is cute but you shouldn't have added the tiny dots. At first it made me think something was off with the text...
