Just took my dog for a walk / run for about 13 minutes. Walked, then ran, walked, then ran.

Now my legs will be sore tomorrow, because whenever I run long distances, which isn't often, they get sore for some reason the next day.

No. When I left, it was about 12:25 PM. I got back around 12:42 PM.

most people would probably round that time up to 15 or down to 10 minutes when telling people about it.

I don't understand why you feel the need to be so precise with everything you do.

okay but, you do realize that nothing is at stake when you are telling us about how long you walked? We're not going to think any less or more of you just because you told us you went for a 13 minute walk rather than a 15 minute walk.

I love that feeling of muscle ache after exercise, it's just muscles rebuilding and strengthening. It makes me feel like I've done something and I find it satisfying even if it means it hurts to laugh or sit down or whatever xD
