Kingdom Hearts II Evidence of Roxas' Heart

I kinda figured Roxas must have a heart when Reading Vol.2 of KH:COM...

How did it go again?

Vexen was talking about Roxas,since Roxas got his name in Twilight Town.

"His heart is returning,Doubtless he'll awaken Very soon."
Sora was asleep during the time,right?
"He holds half of Sora with him.In the End he'll have to give it back."
so tecnicly,he was Half of Sora's heart.so if Roxas didn't give up his half of Sora's heart,Sora would've never woken up.

Maybe Roxas had half of Sora's heart,and Half of Kairi's heart.

eh... think I just got lost in my own theory...

 

I agree with all of you. Roxas has a heart because Sora after being a heartless turned back to having a heart- he's not a complete nobody then- he half exists.

 

I think Roxas has half a heart and Sora has half a heart which makes sense since Sora needed Roxas to make a whole heart so when he formed with Roxas, he had a full heart.

 

roxas cant have a heart cause hes a nobody and nobodies dont have hearts!!!!!!!!.........but also if he dosent have a heart he wouldnt have been able to say "i hate you so much!" to DiZ.......im confused......oh umm i think roxas has half a heart.......and......sora has half a heart.....that would explain anti-form.......

 

Roxas probably does share a heart with Sora, cause as said by Namine' "You werent supposed to exist." which means he's not a normal Nobody.

 

As much as I'd LOVE to say Roxas has a heart, I don't think he does. Yeah he's a Nobody, but a special one, at that.

As some others have mentioned, I think Roxas could feel emotions by Sora. Sora was Roxas's heart.

 

I didn't get there yet, but I think Axel and Roxas have hearts. On wikipedia, it said when Sora cried a bit while talking to Hayner at his first visit at Twilight Town, it was Roxas who was crying. And Axel...he does seem like he has a heart.

 

Yeah, I think it was Roxas who was crying when Sora was about to leave Twilight Town. Sora looked like he had no idea why the hell he was crying afterwards.

I'm not too sure about Axel though. >_>

 

Well Kairi did have a part in creating Roxas and Kairi was a heart princess or whatever so maybe she could some how create artificial hearts. omg Just like that fake riku in Chain Of Memories but that was Namine. But the fake Rike did have a heart. hmmmm

Roxas is Sora's darkness right? Something like that I don't know but he is part of Sora I would say.

I think Roxas just may have a heart. Throughout the days you play as him in Twilight Town, he shows various emotions like happiness, dismay, and anger. Since he has no memories of having emotions (like Saix may claim to have), he cannot portray emotions from such memories. (ie. Without a heart, he wouldn't have felt sad when he lost the blue orb because he has no memories of being sad after losing something.)

Never played KH1, but from the evidence given by everyone else that has, I'd say Roxas is a very special Nobody, much like Naminé is. In other words, they weren't made like other Nobodies.

 

Yeah, DiZ even says "she was no born like other nobodies" referring to Namine. Roxas has half a heart like Sora, thats why Sora needs Roxas to wake up. It's really quite confusing I know.

 

That is some lovely information you have there, and it convinced me a bit.
But, you see, I don't think the Organization would let a...er...person with a heart in. :/

Maybe in Kingdom Hearts they mean like...the heart of the emotions and being.
Not the physical heart that keeps you a live? :/

Yeah that's true he didn't know he was a nobody so he must have been truthful about his emotions. at one point he says 'I feel kinda sad,' when talking to Namine.

Yeah when asked about it Nomura said: 'In this scene [the FM one where Axel n Rocco talk], it ends bringing up more mysteries about Roxas, so for the answer, maybe take care to follow your hunches well. It’s also related to Xehanort’s memories, but I can’t give any specifics now.'

Notice how Nomura has tried to go around the subject rather than giving a straight 'Yes/No'. This must mean the secrets behind it are related to this next game. Also he says 'more mysteries', which means there is a lot about him we don't know, but we'll find out.

Remember how Sora was able to hold Kairi's heart? Well my guess is that as a keyblade wielder (and thus a guardian of Kingdom Hearts) Sora has some unique power over hearts. In other words he is able to contain them within himself. Perhaps this is is same with Roxas' heart too, that it belongs inside Sora.

Yes LOL Sora could fight Ansem at the end of KH1 just fine without Roxas so why did he need him after castle oblivion? It's not as if Roxas had any of Sora's memories.

Grrrrr... I hate castle oblivion! It took away my poor Roxy.....
