Ever make a stupid videogame mistake?

hmmm... when do i not make a mistake. I must be one of the world's most clumsiest gamers. I usually press the wrong button which would nearly kill me. Once i erased one of my brothers games by mistake (he worked on that game for months).

 

There was one time while I playing a game called Jet Set Radio (Xbox) I had a file that had 100% unlocked.......I started a new file and I accidently chose to overwrite my 100%.......had to start from scratch......

 

Oh, here you go. Brand new one.

Dug out my old copy of Super Mario Bros. Deluxe for Game Boy and started playing it. First off, all of my files are gone, but no biggie, I felt like starting over anyway. So I'm playing along, get a mushroom and grow, that's nice. Get a fire flower, ooh, watch out for me now...get to the edge and press the B button to jump....

Except Jump is apparently A. Mario goes plop into lava.

Mind you, I haven't played this game in maybe 5 months.

 

In San Andreas, I jumped off a building, and I forgot my parachute... >_>

Here's just one. I was on the phone with Rufus at the time, too XD

I was playing haunting Ground. Well, like, You get chased around by this HUGE guy a lot in the game and there's this cutscene where you have to anwser a phone and then he comes running at you. Well, I didn't know what to do, AT ALL, so I ran back and then I couldn't find the door to leave. If Fiona gets too freaked out, she'll go into this phase where it's called 'panic mode' and she'll run into walls and fall down and walk slowly. Well, THAT happened and the big lug ate me -.-'

Here's the mistake part.
So, I try again. his time, I kno wwhat to do snd I got back after the cutscene to the bathroom. I hide behind the shower curtain and have the dog, Hewie, attack the guy when I'm hidden. Then the screen says, "Coast Clear." So I come back and go to the ink to refresh my stamina. Well... when i came into the bathroom, I forgot to close the door and guess what. He came back in. I screemed really loud and just shut the game off.

I hate that game :/
Bettar than Fatal Frame, though.

Total Overdose Demo: I'm riding a Tractor to ram into the fertilizer tank.
I get to the tank and hold X, I ram right into the fertilizer tank, its at critical damage now so what do i do? Rocket-Launch the sucker, good news is, Tank go Bye-Bye, bad news is so did I, more bad news is that was my last Rewind.

I forgot how to jump out! T_T

 

For me it was an accident with my save file on FFX. I had a file from FFX and had played over 200 h and i hade almost everything. the only thing that was missing was defeating Dark aeon yojimbo. I started a new file to play from the beginning and everything went well untill I saved. I overwrote my Super save with 200 H spent. and now I have to start over from that new save i just made. I think i have never been that angry in my life.

 

Oh yeah, in poke'mon firered (First pokemon game i ever played) I got all this money, and went to the guy who sells magikarp, and I bought like, 20 of them. I used them against the elite four, i have no money to buy pokeballs, and I got rid of all my others.:( I had to start again.:(

 

Yeah, when I played Sudeki(xbox)
I won this huge boss that took me forever.
But when I finally managed to win I got so exited that I just ran over to the next place with out taking any healing stuff or anything with me.
So when I got to the next level I had almost no life and it came a even bigger boss ;_;
I struggled with that for months before I managed to win xD

 

I made one in GTA yesterday. I was driving away from the cops (i had 6 stars), so i decided to look behind me for a second cause there was no one around me. No one was there n' i was like too easy & as soon as i looked forward again i drive straight into a tank & crashed, then loads of tanks came crashing into me. I didn't stand a chance.

(finish time 27 hrs)

 

It wasn't really my fault more my sisters, but I let her play my good file on BLACK, and I just finshed it 100%, so in the middle of saving she decides to shut my PS2 off and my data went all corupt and I lost EVERYTHING and it took me a long time to finish that game all the way. I was almost about to kill her.

 

Need For Speed: Most Wanted:
I was running from the cops (or 5 Oh) and there was this real weird Roadblock glitch that instead of a PC (police cruiser) a 18-Wheeler appears in the roadblock, the first time the truck went flying. on the other side was a spikestrip and a little gap my DB9 could squeeze through but i decided to go through the truck.
i get stuck.
federal units catch me.
i have to pay a helluva lot of money.
My DB9 is impounded. (it was my special aston martin DBX too... T_T i called it DBX after me DogBoyX = DBX)
Also it was heat lv 5...

 

I had just finished beating Sephiroth after leveling up from 55 to 85 on standard, so I guess I thought I had saved the game and I turned it off. I didn't find out what happened until I was going to play it the next day.

 

yes i have made a lot of stupid video game mistakes, this one time i was playing kingdom hearts 2 with some codes on like super slow drive form, and i went to the boss in beasts castle (1st time) and went into anti-form then a realized that anti-form sucks here and couldnt turn back, AND i had infnite HP on so i couldnt die and restart the batte lol.

 

in kingdom hearts 1, i decide to start a new game for no reason, then just started beating up wakka, selphie, and tidus, and once i get to the part where all those heartless appear in destiny islands, i go into the seaside shack and decide to save the game, but guess what, i saved over my level 99 game! i was about to kick my TV a few minutes later

 

Waaaay back when there was only regular Red and Blue versions for Pokemon, I got my cousin to temporarily trade me his Mew, which he won through a Nintendo event. I got the data on Mew, and less than a week after I agreed to let a kid see my game. Big mistake: almost immediately he started a new game and saved over the data. Never did get that Mew data back. And I don't have a Gameshark/AR either...bummer.

I was playing KH1 and gave all the potion stuff to Donald. Big mistake.

 

i feel your pain....stupid Donald and Goofy, wasting them for stupid reasons! it especially pissed me off when they were healing the same person and in turn wasted 2 potions doing so when only one is nessacary.
