Ever make a stupid videogame mistake?

mine was playing the first pokemon collusem game. i didn't know how to create a snag ball. So i played the game with three pokemon. It wasn't till nearly the end of the game that i found out how to snag pokemon.

i'm not really sure if you would call that a mistake or just being stupid.

 

LOL, I did teh CoM one once.

I sold ALL of them, then was stupid enough to turn around, and sell all of my Kingdom Key cards...but I came out victorious in the end...^_^

 

...................... FFVIII, I actually ran around for 24 hours in playtime. XD I'd be playing disc two by then!

 

you reminded me of MY FFVIII mistake..... Spending hours figuring out what the draw command does. and also losing track of the train.

 

wow, so many people made pokemon mistakes. xD Let's see....oh! I remember in my red version when I didn't know how to duplicate items. I heard of it and so I wanted to duplicate my masterball. I didn't know how to so I just threw it at a random magnemite, hoping that the masterball would duplicate. O_o

Another bad mistake was to catch all of those glitch pokemon. My game won't save anymore.T_T

 

In Kingdom Hearts, I went up against Riku for the second battle. I was level 20ish, had the Kingdom Key, had the weakest armor, and had almost no abilities. I was so majorly pwned, that I dropped the game for a year....

 

I battled Riku/Xehanort with Kingdom Key for coolness reasons, I got PWNed to much and too long, but I beat him eventually.......

 

When I picked the game up a year later, I looked at my weapons, abilities, ect, and my jaw dropped. I then laughed. Hard. I had NO clue what I was doing when I was younger....so I replayed the game and pwned.

 

In sonic heroes(yeah, i know its not the coolest of games, but i was a bit young back then) I completed the 4 stories, wich was kind of hard at the time, and to complete the 5th story i needed the 7 chaos esmeralds, but i didn't know how to catch them, so i started a new game, and when i was in the same situation i realized waht i had to do....

 

LOL, that's pretty much what I did XD *reached the first fight against Edea at lvl 50* But...oh lolz, how I made SO many mistakes with FFVIII! Here's the stupid of all STUPID mistakes:

Reaching Ultimecia with everyone's first weapon, a couple of G-Forces, next to no magic except for healing and that's about it. And I NEVER managed to defeat Ultimecia with that game XD So in the end I restarted and actually *payed attention* to how the damn gameplay worked. *and really likes it now*

There's another stupid mistake I did in some Bomberman game; I accidently bombed myself after killing a boss >_<;;;

 

When i was playin on SSBM Super Smash Bros Meele i k.oed my fried i had 1 life he had two when i koed him to one life i attacked a capsule and it blew up sending me off the screen so he eon by default XD

 

Well on Kingdom Hearts 2 I was nearly up to the Castle that never was and I thought i might stop for a little while...guess what...I didnt save it! So i had to go all the way back to Pride lands 1st visit...Man it was so annoying

 

I've had quite a few saving mistakes myself......on too many games to count.....:(

Here's a classic moronic gaming moment:
While playing Kingdom Hearts, I beat both phantom and kurt zisa without saving. Well, I decided to do something to celebrate my hard work, and you guessed, turned it off. I eventually beat em again though.:D

 

This isnt really a mistake its just me being mean :D . So one time my brother was playing KH2 and he was so happy because he just beat sephy for the first time. I wanted to get on to my file so i told him to get off, he refused. SO......before he could save, i went over to the PS2 and turned it off....... He was so mad at me..........O and then at destiny Islands, KH1, I couldnt find all of the materials........ and so i spent 2 hours just looking for the materials...........

 

Oh yeah! I remember another stupid mistake I made. In KH2 I accidentally kept fighting Hades forever until I realized I was supposed to run away. XD That was stupid of me.

 

Another stupid video game mistake.

The game was Metal Gear Solid 3. Ran past some barrels...not very wise since the guards were using AK-47's or something. I can't remember.

Anyway, bullets + gas barrels...not a nice combination.

 

HAHA I did that once....until my older sister came down (she beat both KH games in 2 days ) and told me i was suppost to run, but by that time i was like already dead.........
